Great Location but Bad Week and Dated

Owner is very nice and responsive. Great location (overlooking the Gulf). I chose the wrong week (construction on the pool...terrible timing). The unit is nice but a bit dated. Could use some updating. I don't want to slam the owner too badly, as he was responsive and very nice.

Great Stay

Since our stay was affected by Hurricane Milton I rated the overall property as such. However, Jason was very good about keeping us informed and checked with us on a regular basis. I would certainly rent again.

everything in the condo was very clean kind of was very nice newer Furniture in bed very comfortable the only thing that sucked is the pool wasn't up and ready yet it's right on the ocean see some dolphins in the morning early very nice kind of we'll go back

Amazing vacation rental!

We have vacationed at MANY beach condos over the last 20 years and this is, hands down, the BEST condo we’ve stayed in! Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and all you need for the beach. Jason, the owner, was a great host and communicated everything we needed to know to have a great time! The condo was very clean with an amazing view and located mere steps from the beach and crystal clear water! We had the best time and look forward to vacationing here again.

Beautiful condo at Bonita Spring

Very nice condo. Love the lanai and proximity to the water. The owner was pretty much the best I’ve rented from due to the simplest and easiest instructions on how to get in and use the amenities.

Casa Bonita Rocks!

My wife, kids (20 and 12) and I had a great stay at Casa Bonita! The condo which overlooks the pool and the beautiful beach/ocean is very well equipped with everything you need, plus more! From dishes to cookware to beach chairs, towels and boogie boards, etc... You'll need nothing. Jason is very communicative and even checked in to see how things were going during our stay. Although there are 32 condos in the building, only once did we encounter anyone else in the elevator during our entire stay. It was almost like we had the entire place to ourself. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Casa Bonita

Beautiful condo on gulf with a very nice beach. The beach was not overcrowded, plenty of space to spread out. Good for paddle boarding and kayaking. Nice walk to the north end of the island to the pass. Condo was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The owner was responsive to questions and very reachable. Our second trip here and we plan for more.

Great Condo!

I've always rented homes so this was our first CONDO vacation. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels & small coolers. Owner was quick to respond & best of all, the view was beautiful!!! Would rent again.

Bonita Springs Vacation

Terrific beach and great beach condo

The condo was a terrific getaway from our northern home for the month of February. It was a great base from which to explore SW Florida and also a perfect setting to enjoy the beach. Condo was well equipped for all beach activities and Jason, the owner, was very responsive to any questions.

This was my first experience with Vrbo and this area. I loved it all!

The building is right on the beach and the condo itself is absolutely beautiful. High-end finishes and immaculate. Jason was available at all times and he even had a video made which he sent to us before we arrived to show us where to park and the process of entering the building. It was painless! I’ve already booked another trip here.

Perfect location directly on beach

Great view from this 4th floor condo. Quiet beach with 90 degree water. Weather was sunny but a little too hot and humid. Space was clean and had everything we needed. All you have to do is walk out the door, grab your chairs, noodle and umbrella and you are at the beach! Very convenient!

9 Day Beach Stay

Property has excellent access to beach. Property was clean and modern. Appliances were great, screened area off living room was a plus. Jason provided excellent service and answered questions promptly. I would rate the entire vacation an A.
