Other things to note:

***Booking Requirements
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old, complete the reservation, and remain at the property for the duration of the stay. Guests may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, guest ages, and trip details to comply with local regulations.

***No Parties or Gatherings
Parties, events, proms, high school graduation groups, and unregistered guests are not permitted. Occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Violations may result in removal from the property without refund.

***Quiet Hours Begin at 10 PM
Please be respectful of neighbors by keeping outdoor music and conversation volumes low after 10 PM and respecting neighboring properties, driveways, and parking areas.

***Cleaning
Standard cleaning is included with every reservation and covers floors, surfaces, linens, towels, and normal turnover cleaning. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.

***Beach Badges
9 seasonal beach badges are provided for guest use. Lost or unreturned beach badges will incur a $100 replacement fee per badge.

***Accessibility
The main living level includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area, but guests must climb one small flight of stairs to access the home.
