Condo en bord de mer avec des couchers de soleil spectaculaires!

Condo de deux chambres / deux salles de bain sur le golfe du Mexique. Le bùtiment est situé sur l'une des plus grandes plages de Floride. Réveillez-vous au son des vagues douces, parcourez des kilomÚtres de plage de sable blanc et profitez du coucher de soleil depuis le balcon.

Le bĂątiment est entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© et dispose d'une grande piscine chauffĂ©e et d'une grande terrasse ensoleillĂ©e et de coins repas. Profitez de grillades aux barbecues Ă  gaz au bord de la piscine, tout en regardant le coucher du soleil. La propriĂ©tĂ© dispose d'une clĂŽture de sĂ©curitĂ© avec accĂšs codĂ© Ă  la piscine et Ă  la plage. Notre condo est accessible par deux escaliers et un ascenseur. Ouvrez les portes et les fenĂȘtres et profitez d'une brise rafraĂźchissante.

La chambre principale a un accÚs au balcon et une salle de bain attenante. La chambre principale a un lit king-size, un placard de marche, un téléviseur HD à écran plat et un grand canapé futon. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen et une télévision. La deuxiÚme salle de bain a une baignoire et une douche et est située à cÎté de la chambre.

Le salon et la cuisine sont à aire ouverte. La grande cuisine entiÚrement équipée a de nouveaux appareils, un refroidisseur d'eau potable et une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. Le salon a un grand écran plat HDTV avec table de salle à manger et des siÚges confortables.

Le condo dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit pour le streaming vidéo et la recherche sur Internet. Pour la plage, nous fournissons des chaises, des parasols, un chariot utilitaire, des glaciÚres et des jouets pour les enfants et votre plaisir.

K’s beautiful spacious condo was great! It was super clean and was the best supplied we’ve ever stayed in. It had everything we needed: toiletries, cleaning supplies, paper products and spices! The balcony overlooked the gulf and provided stunning sunset views. K was an excellent host and checked often to see if we needed anything. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Great Condo, great beach

Have stayed many times in this area of Florida. Love the beach there. Karen’s condo was my favorite. It is so comfortable, clean and extremely well stocked. Had a lot of items supplied that are not the norm. Karen is an excellent host and we look forward to staying again.

We have alot of experience using VRBO and condos particularly in Florida. This particular condo was clean and well stocked. Love this property! Well cared for, high quality, best oceanfront views watching each sunset from the balcony. Directly on the beach and super clean! Well stocked with many items and beach gear we didn’t expect but enjoyed. The owner was very responsive and an absolute pleasure. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Experience

We had a great time staying in this very nice condo. We loved the small, uncrowded complex and the close proximity to the beach. The view of the sunsets from the balcony was awesome. Karen was very accommodating and accessible. It was nice to have so many necessities provided. We would highly recommend.

Even Better than Expected!

We spent a week here as a family (wife + 2 kids ages 7 & 10) over spring break and had a great time. The location is perfect - right on the beach, easy parking, not crowded, restaurants and little shops nearby. The unit was also great - very clean, plenty of room, well stocked, great amenities and conveniences. The owners were also excellent - easy to deal with, plenty of communication and information, and very helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent condo! The entire property is extremely clean and well maintained. Karen has supplied the condo with every amenity that you could possibly want or need. Amazing home away from home!

This condo did not disappoint in any way! From the decor, to all the amenities, it was perfect. Everything went smoothly and the communication with the owner was better than expected. We will definitely be back here to stay. You are feet from the beach. The pool was fabulous. It’s safe! The views were spectacular. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience!

This spacious, clean, corner unit condo has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The views are stunning from the 4th floor. All four of us loved the cleanliness of the grounds. The coded gates added security and privacy for the pool and beach. There is more than enough closet and pantry space. Karen has plenty of beach essentials, from a selection of sunscreens, to lots of chairs, umbrellas and a large beach wagon. A stacked washer dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets are supplied. The master is huge and has a very comfortable loveseat to enjoy TV and reading. The location is great! In any direction there are plenty of choices for dining or shopping. Adjacent to the building is a great little restaurant where we walked to for breakfast multiple times. The host was quick to respond to our questions, even though it was a holiday. This is the most well stocked, beachfront condo we've had the pleasure of renting. You'll enjoy every minute!

Awesome Condo

We have traveled alot as I am retired from the airline. This Condo was one of the best we have stayed at. It was CLEAN, easy checkin/out, fully furnished with alot of beach extras that are wonderful and great for people who fly to Florida. The Location is wonderful as it is Not crowed! Beautiful beach and pool area. Close to shopping and restaurants. Karen was wonderful and very easy to communicate with even though we did not have ANY issues. We would definitely recommend this property and Karen and we plan on returning again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo on Redington Beach. The condo is exactly as pictured/described. The bed is comfortable with premium linens. The condo is very clean, the grounds ,grills & pool are immaculately kept. if you choose to cook in, everything you need is available- even a cupboard of spices. The beach is amazing & the beautiful gulf sunsets a treat every evening. Karen is a consummate condo owner. went above & beyond to help with our flights delayed. she genuinely cares that her guests enjoy their stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent!!

My husband and I stayed here with my parents and had a wonderful experience. Karen, the host, was super responsive. She answered all our questions, and was helpful and accommodating. She's very organized and tastefully displays instructions/information so it's easy find things. The grounds and condo are nice, everything is well kept and comfortable. The condos' beach views are great, especially at sunset. The pool and pool area is nice and has direct access on to the beach. Karen has the condo well stocked with necessities plus games, beach stuff, etc. - which makes it so easy to arrive, relax, and enjoy the stay. We all loved it and hope to come back for another stay!!
