We loved staying here, and we will definitely stay again. Lulu was great. Everything was perfect. Easy access to the apartment, labels on how to use things, Comfy bed, clean-Lulu thought through so many details…easily accessible power strips, bedside lights, full kitchen with all you could need. The living space was comfortable with throws, and a coffee bar which we didn’t get to use but way nice, and a “mini bar” filled with things you may have forgotten that you could buy. Other reviews talked about “all” the rules, but really they are all things that one would naturally do in taking care of a place as if was your own.

The place is very clean and the host is responsive. Please read all the rules of the house carefully before you book. The host will expect you to stick to them. She even has signs all over the house in case you forget. There is one rule not listed. You are not allowed to flush toilet paper! There is also a high security deposit you must pay upfront and will not get back for 14-21 days after you leave. We will not be staying here again.

Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. We are glad you found the apartment clean and that we were responsive during your stay. To clarify a few points for future guests reading this review. All of our house rules, including the no-visitors policy, plumbing instructions, and other property guidelines, are disclosed in the rental listing and provided to guests when the reservation is confirmed. A full house manual is also available inside the apartment for convenience. The no-visitors policy is in place to help protect the property and comply with our insurance requirements. During this stay, we were asked about bringing additional family members into the apartment, and we kindly explained that only registered guests are permitted. We also accommodated an early-arrival request by personally meeting the guests and allowing access before their electronic door code became active. Regarding the plumbing instructions, the apartment is newly renovated but is located within a historic home with an older main sewer line. To help prevent plumbing problems, guests are asked not to flush anything other than human waste and to dispose of toilet paper and other items in the provided bathroom wastebasket. This instruction is disclosed in the house rules and is also posted as a friendly reminder inside the apartment. Guests are welcome to follow their preferred practice, but they are responsible for any plumbing damage or clog caused by improper disposal. The s

The place was recently remodeled and extremely clean. The host is very nice and basically had a small store available with lots of helpful items available. I recommend asking about flushing toilet paper in the unit before booking.
