Looking for a shorter time frame? Note that local regulations do not allow owners to book more than one vacation rental in a 30 day period, and therefore VRBO requires a 30 day minimum rent. However, length of actual stay can be negotiated along with associated reduced rent amounts. Owners are happy to consider a one or two week period of actual occupancy with the remainder of the time available to owners for their personal use.
