Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed only with prior approval and are subject to a $400 pet fee, which must be paid before or at the time of booking. Dogs must be kept on a leash in all public spaces, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Unauthorized pets or failure to pay the pet fee may result in additional charges or removal from the property.
