Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms and thoughtfully arranged spaces make it easy for families and groups to settle in. Two king beds and two queen beds offer familiar comfort, with additional sleeping options available as described in the original listing. The layout supports easy movement throughout the home, and clothing storage and essentials are provided.



Outdoor living

The screened-in pool and patio create a breezy, shaded space that feels calm throughout the day. The pool can be heated for $30/day with advance request. Outdoor furniture, a hammock, sun loungers, and a backyard gathering area give you the freedom to enjoy the outdoors at your own pace. A BBQ grill and outdoor dining area add to the relaxed, at-home feel, and a ping pong table offers friendly competition for downtime.



Indoor amenities

Inside, the open-concept kitchen with bar seating supports shared meals and conversation. Guests have free parking in the garage and on the street. Private entrance access with keypad self check-in makes arrival simple and flexible, especially for groups traveling separately.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property, including all living areas, bedrooms, the screened-in pool and patio, and the laundry room. The only exception is the locked room directly across from the laundry room, which is reserved for host storage and not available for guest use. Thank you for your understanding!

Located in a quiet, family-friendly Clearwater neighborhood, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Just 10 minutes from both Clearwater Beach and Belleair Beach, and close to grocery stores like Publix, dining, and essentials. Only 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 30 minutes to downtown Tampa, it's a great home base for beach days, city outings, and everything in between.



Getting Around:

Guests can get around easily by walking, biking, or driving. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with stores and restaurants nearby. For beach trips or exploring the area, a car, or a rideshare service is needed. There’s plenty of space for parking right in the driveway, making it hassle-free for guests with vehicles.

Air Mattress Available Upon Request:

If your reservation includes 10 guests, we’re happy to provide an air mattress to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. Just let us know in advance through the Airbnb app so we can have it ready for you!



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
