Reflections est une maison de vacances récemment rénovée avec chaque sonnerie! AccÚs à la riviÚre depuis la propriété, bain à remous, WiFi, écrans plats multiples, immense terrain avec des fers à cheval! Situé dans un quartier calme et entouré d'abondance! Dans le confort de votre salon, de votre patio ou de votre spa, vous verrez la riviÚre avec des cerfs, des balbuzards, des renards, des lapins, des cailles, tout cela ...


Reflections est une maison fluviale rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e. Soigneusement conçu, cette maison est chaleureuse et invitante dĂšs l'instant oĂč vous entrez.


La cuisine est à la pointe du progrÚs et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour préparer de fantastiques repas de famille!


Le salon et la salle Ă  manger ont un mur de fenĂȘtres donnant sur le large chemin menant Ă  la riviĂšre.


Les 3 chambres sont toutes spacieuses avec des coins salons confortables et une télévision à écran plat. s. Tous ont le cùble.


Il y a un grand patio avec une belle salle Ă  manger et des endroits oĂč les gens peuvent s'Ă©tendre.

The patio is convenient and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we could ask for. It is such a lovely setting. It was clean, big TV and bluetooth speaker for music. We'll definately rent again, it worked perfectly for our family of8.

We really enjoyed our stay in this river house. I rate it 4.5 out of 5. The location is perfect although we didn't able to use the dock because it is so steep and hard to put the kayak in and out. Luckily we got the jacuzzi and it's perfect using it after swimming at the river. Just make sure open the cover few hours before using it since it is so hot. We picked this house since it's single-storey. 3 things it will be nice for them to redo are: new blinds in living rooms and bedrooms, put a screen in 1st bedroom window so guests can open for ventilation (we can't even open the top ventilation) and lower comfortable beds. The beds are so high and no step ladder, it was hard for senior, petite or younger kids to use the bed. But other than that it is fabulous home. Lots of space, lovely kitchen, big dining table, washer/dryer, fans, jacuzzi and comfy coach. I will book this place and highly recommend it. My family enjoyed the place.

We arrived at night and the house was warm and lit with little lights and soft music playing , it was very magical We had a nice relaxing vacation together. This is not my first vacation rental. The property is private and quiet. The photos and description of the home are beautiful. The house was described as being recently remodeled which was quite misleading. The photos are far from current and it is obvious that home and furniture are not recent.The kitchen is huge and well stocked. There there are plenty of l widows to enjoy the views and expansive property however the windows could use a little cleaning. The beds we used were very comfortable and we felt very safe. It was winter and we were so looking forward to using the large brick fireplace, unfortunately it was non functional. Overall we had a very nice time. I personally feel though, that for the price the home could use a little attention.

2024 Thanksgiving Visit

We have been here many times and enjoyed the house and property. Lots of room to spread out with views. Suggestions: extend wifi to back bedroom, it is very spotty. Weather strip back bedroom door, drafty and needs its own space heater. Caulking in back shower is black. Sink faucet is leaking again. Need more and newer coffee cups, we always run out and there is one with a crack. Get the fireplace working. We bring our small dog with us and fixed the front gate with rope to close the gaps to the street. Thank you for letting us stay there 6 times, will come back.

Great place to stay

Very relaxing

The house was better than expected! Although the river was low and we could not use the kayaks as planned, it was still a wonderful place to be. There was a planned power outage while we were there, however, the management kept us posted on when it would be out and the house had plenty of lanterns and flashlights for the brief time the power was out.

Beautiful Property and Great Location

This property is beautiful and the location is amazing. The trees surrounding the property made it feel super serene and being right on the river is such a plus. The house was a good size for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). The kitchen is nice, but has only the very basic needs and is missing key cooking essentials (food storage options, baking dishes, hand mixer, waffle iron, etc.). The dishwasher worked sporadically; most dishes had to be washed by hand even after going through a wash cycle. The rooms were nice, but the pillows throughout the house were old and lumpy. The pull out sofa was not useable. We had 2 kids sleep on it the first night and when they woke up, they had red marks where the springs and bars had been pushing into their skin. The kids slept on the couch the rest of the trip. The outdoor area is lovely, but the cushions on the patio furniture were old and provided little cushion at all. Overall, we had a really nice stay at this property and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Nice spot on Russian River

We had a great time at reflections. Property management was super prompt in responding and the house was just the right fit of everything we needed. Especially enjoyed the osprey nest high up on the tree across the river.

The property is in a neighborhood but with fencing and foliage you feel like no one is around you! Great spot on the river between two dams in the summer!Wide with great depth off the dock and shallows across the river which was also quite and had mostly to ourselves for the week.The osprey were entertaining to watch House was spacious with nice bathrooms and a well stocked and clean kitchen. Fire pit and hot tub were a fantastic bonus!

This home has everything you need and is situated right on a very calm part of the river near the Vacation beach dam. The house is clean, the property is large, and the dock is wonderful for our entire family. The river is deep (maybe 7-10 feet) by the dock, but also shallow maybe 20 feet out from the dock so its good for kids of all ages. This is one of our favorite homes in the area and we will definitely come back again

Great House Near River

The house great and exactly as pictured and described. We walked into the bright space with ambient music playing and it drew us right into our weekend vacation with family and friends. We had kids with us so we used the large yard out back to play. The hot tub provided relaxation after a day in the river. Because the dams were not yet in place, we didn't have river access from the house; however, Johnson's Beach was a short 5 minute drive away and perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Third visit and second birthday visit here. Nice house and property. Disappointed because the house was still showing deferred maintenance and cleanliness issues from months ago, such as broken downspouts, cobwebs and spider nests in primary. This visit we had ants, broken glass in garbage disposal, broken spa cover, cracks on coffee cups, tears on bed comforter, and an outside wire to the house hanging across the yard at neck height (could be a very bad safety hazard if coming in at night). I called mgmt about the spa top and wire and was told they were aware of it but did not warn us ahead of time. The toilet seat in the primary is stained and needs replacement and the firepit propane container was empty when we arrived. This property has a lot of potential but needs TLC. Thank you.

Great location and space for a family reunion

Stayed at this property for a week over Christmas holidays Our grown children, their spouses and dogs all came for several days and it was a great space for six people. Kitchen is fabulous for cooking and entertaining. Really nice outdoor space, which we were lucky to use when the weather was clear. Even had deer in the back yard! Had a few housekeeping issues when we arrived but management company was very quick to remedy it.

We specifically chose a spot advertised as having a “private river entrance”. However, two days before arrival, we were informed that the dock and kayaks, initially included, would be unavailable. The unclear communication left us puzzled about our river access.Despite this, we were assured of walkable river access, received an apology, and were granted a $250 refund, seeming like commendable customer service at the time. But, our expectations were shattered upon realizing that we had no direct river access, and the public access was a quarter-mile away. This compromised the essence of our stay, valued at $2700, to enjoy the river.It felt like a deceptive practice; it appeared they were aware of the lack of river access but proceeded with our booking, attempting to appease us with a minimal refund for the inconvenience. Paying $2700 for two nights, without the anticipated river access, was a major disappointment for our whole family.
