The main level features an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom (with a crib if needed), and a kids bedroom with a bunk bed and trundle pull-out.

Upstairs, there are 3 additional bedrooms and a loft-style game room perfect for game nights, movies, or just hanging out. With five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, everyone has space to unwind, making mornings smooth and stays effortless.

Step outside and enjoy your own private oasis. Take a soak in the outdoor hot tub, cool off in the pool, or gather around the firepit in the evenings for conversation and s’mores under the stars. The backyard is set up for making memories, day or night.

Nestled in a charming rural setting surrounded by working farms, the home offers a peaceful countryside experience with plenty of local character. You may hear the gentle sounds of country living including roosters crowing in the morning, goats nearby, and farm dogs in the distance. You might even spot an occasional chicken wandering through. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($45) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.

Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.



Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:

SMOKING OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana,etc) indoors. If you smoke outdoors, please pick up after yourself. Drug use and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited on or near the property.

PETS:
We welcome 1 house-trained dog for an additional $150. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dog and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Your dog should be crated inside the home when the owners are out. Damage to the property will incur additional charges.

SERVICE & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS:
Service Animal and Emotional Support Animals MUST be disclosed, in writing, prior to booking. The pet fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals that remain with their owner at all times. If there is evidence that the animal was left alone, the pet fee will be applied.
