Located in Kissimmee, this villa is a peaceful retreat perfect for groups and/or families. With six bedrooms, some with themes such as Marvel, Avengers, Harry Potter, and Mickey Mouse. These rooms feature a mix of queen, king, bunk, and twin beds that will allow guests to have plenty of space to relax. This includes Five bathrooms with showers, a full size Kitchen, game room, and a pool/spa that will add convenience and comfort throughout your stay. Everything about this property was exactly as it was pictured. The rooms were clean, the pool and game room were nice, and there was plenty for the family to do on the resort. They also let us check in early which helped us get things prepared with ease. I look forward to coming back to this home the next time we visit Orlando!

The house was really nice and spacious. It had everything needed down to body wash shampoo and conditioner. There were detail instruction labels on how to use everything. The kitchen cabinets were labeled with supplies. The host response to questions was quick and pleasant. The pool area was great with floaters for the kids. The location was great with shopping stores and numerous of food options within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Highly recommended. CJ

Check in was smooth, nice spacious home with great but it was not clean.Sheets had to be washed on most beds didn't even look like they attempted to change. I know its an affordable rental but not washing and changing sheets is super unsanitary because if you didn't take the time to do that what else did you cut corners on?

We enforce that all linen is changed and washed before every stay, we do not approve of uncleanliness and it is disappointing to know that the linen was not cleaned. If you would’ve reached out we would have made sure to address this issue immediately being that we pride ourselves on our 24/7 communication. We do apologize for this inconvenience and hope that this did not put a damper on your stay.

Finding the place was easy, however checking in was a nightmare.The directions took me to a back gate that was unattended. The next morning I recieved a notice that I need to go to the front gate and get a parking pass so my car wouldnt be towed or booted. When I got to the gate I was informed my name wasnt.on the rental and no one had rented the property. It took about an hour to clear that up. I paid for pool heat. The pool was hotter the jaccuzi. A.lso everytime my kids plugged up the PS5 the lights would go out in a part of the home. The managers solution was to tellme to go check the breaker.

What a beautiful property. Honestly made me wish we'd booked a longer stay. The house looks exactly like the listing. All of the rooms and decor match to a tee. The beds are super comfy and it almost feels like you're at home just upgraded. The game room is fun and the pool is super cool to have. We didn't get to explore the whole property and it's amenities, but I do know there is a larger pool and community center. We didn't have any real issues and the property manager was very responsive. All of the spaces felt really clean with the exception of a left behind can and the coffee pot not being emptied. Two simple fixes no big deal. If you are a larger family coming to visit and plan on doing any cooking I would advise buying disposable aluminum pans for anything that you want to go in the oven. Other than that there were plenty of dishes some cleaning supplies to get us started and a beautifully cat home to stay in. Getting to the property was fairly easy. Just know that before you can actually get behind the property gate, you'll have to go to the security post and check in for your pass at the main entrance to the community. Security staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had our information before we got there and getting the pass only took a couple of minutes. The location of the community is very convenient. It only took us 25 to 35 minutes each day to go to Universal. That was really because traffic was extremely heavy. Definitely a must stay!
