This condo offers everything you need! The condo itself is spacious and quiet and very comfortable. The resort has an amazing pool and lazy river to keep the kids entertained for hour while supplying plenty of seats and lounge chairs. Mike was very easy to deal with and responded promptly when we messaged with a question. I would definitely recommend this condo!

The air conditioner unit...we were not allowed to go below 73. It was the most uncomfortable and hottest room we have ever stayed in.

..I Never Heard A Word From These Guests During Their Stay.. Ceiling/Individual Fans Are Also In Each Unit. Family vacation

We just stayed here while going to Disney and Universal. Didn’t experience much the resort had to offer, but the stay was comfortable and nice. Good beds and ac.

Nothing bad to say, but wouldn't stay here again. The 15 minute drive to Disney noted in description is very inaccurate. It might be 15-20 miles, but it took at minimum 45 minutes to get to Disney and about 50-60 to get to Universal. We felt like we spent most of our time driving to and from and Orlando traffic is terrible at best.Amenities were lacking...mini shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom allowed for one shower. Place was clean...but not clean. You can take that how you want. I don't think light switches have ever been wiped off...I'm scared to know what grossness I didn't see, but it was fine for the price.

Thanks for staying with us. It's normally a 15-20 minute drive to Disney, depending on traffic..However, you stayed at Peak Spring Break, so traffic is more challenging. We are 45 minutes to Universal, once again, Spring Break traffic is worse. 1st complaint of any kind, we've ever received (read all our other reviews).on any cleaning issue, I'll have the cleaning crew go by and Clorox all the light switches. Once again, Thanks for staying with us.

This is an incredible property. Very nice Disney theme throughout the condo. We loved the pool and the towels are provided daily! We would definitely like to stay again.

Great For a Break From Disney

Location was amazing for going back and forth to Disney. The rental its self was great as well, wonderfully maintained and had everything we needed. The owners were super helpful with their communication. Overall great stay, would very much stay again!

Great stay!!

My wife, daughter and I stayed for four days while visiting Universal and the new Epic park. Check in process was very smooth and easy. The condo was great Had plenty of space and everything we needed. Mike had pool floats for lazy river for us but they do have floats at the pool area. Publix is very close to the resort and Starbucks is across street. Mike and Buffy were great hosts 10/10!!. Would definitely stay with them again.

The property was the best property I have stayed in Orlando. It was not a bad drive to any of the parks in Orlando. The host was very nice and easy to communicate all information. I will for sure stay here again.

Wonderful getaway

We really enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home and the owners were wonderful to work with. The pool, lazy river, and water slides were fantastic for the kids. The condo was an easy drive to Disney, clean, and well equipped for everything we needed. We’d happily rent again!

Great vacation home

Great vacation rental for family with school aged kids. Clean and well decorated to feel like home away from home. Kids loved playing in the pool and lazy river after a long day at Universal and Disney while my wife and I relaxed with an adult drink at pool side. Will be booking again in future trips.

Thanks for the kind comments ! Disney Parks are the closest to us. Sea World is further, about 30 minutes away. Universal Studios normally takes us 35-40 minutes, it's the furthest away.

How could a Disney trip get any better? By staying here! It was perfect for our family. The owners go above and beyond to ensure that everything goes smoothly. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Orlando!

First Disney trip with kids

This was a fantastic condo for a family wanting to visit Disney and other area attractions. The condo was comfortable and had plenty of room, is themed well for the kids and has great pools. Mike and Buffy were a pleasure to deal with and were very helpful and responsive, they clearly take pride in their condo! We would be happy to stay again for any future trips to the parks!

Great stay for a family with children

We came down for a cheer competition at Disney. This condo was great for our family. It’s quiet but still had plenty of kids for our youngest to hang out with in the lazy river and arcade area. We loved that the pool, arcade, lounge didn’t close until 11pm. My husband was excited they the onsite gym had free weights.
