An easy ocean-oasis location on Topsail Island in Surf City, NC. This three-level townhome offers a deck on every level with incredible ocean views from two bedrooms, the living area, and the upper primary suite.
Enjoy a newly built townhome featuring an outdoor shower, a storage area with beach chairs, and a gas grill. Conveniently located near central Surf City with an array of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Please be sure to view our online guide for local recommendations.
The space
Welcome to The Salty Lens, your oceanfront-inspired retreat on Topsail Island. Situated just steps from the beach, this beautifully designed townhome offers private beach access and private beach parking.
The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for gathering and making memories. The fully stocked kitchen includes new stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and dishes. The dining table comfortably seats 6â8, with additional seating for 5â6 at the kitchen island and countertops.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (Primary, top floor): King bed + twin daybed, workstation for remote work, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 (Second floor): King bed with seating on the second-floor deck.
Bedroom 3 (Second floor): Two queen beds.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom.
All bedrooms include TVs with Rokus and ample storage.
Amenities include:

Maximum occupancy: 10
High-speed Wi-Fi
