We at Foster Ventures LLC are so excited for you to stay at our beach home which we have fondly named ‘Sea You Soon’. We have worked very hard to make our beach home comfortable for families to stay and as chemical free as possible including the installation of a whole house Culligan water filtration system with reverse osmosis drinking water (no longer necessary to bring bottled water to the beach) and an Air Filtration System. Relaxing calm will overtake you with beautiful views of the ocean, a block away from the beach on a dead-end street, with a large fully stocked kitchen, and outdoor shower while still being within walking distance to downtown Surf City to take advantage of all the fun things this beach town has to offer.

The location is great for walking to the beach and it’s a quick drive to Surf City restaurants. The house is comfortable and kid friendly. We would absolutely stay again.

The property was perfect for our stay with extended family. It was a very short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked, making cooking our own food easy. There were many games/toys to keep the kids entertained. The owners were very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Best Stay in Town

Property managers went out of their way to please us!!! Awesome stay....Very clean and close to beach with very easy beach access. Have been renting on TopSail Isl. for at least 5 yrs and everyone voted this spot to be the best of all our previous rentals! Looking forward to next year!!!

Super cute functional stay!

My girlfriends and I booked this house for a long weekend vacation. It’s in a great location close to everything you would need. The beach is a super short walk with an outdoor shower that we used regularly. The hosts were very responsive and took care of all our needs. 10/10 recommend!

We had a great buddy weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable. The place was the right size for three guys in our mid-50s. Beach access was a convenient short walk. It’s walking distance to the peak in surf city and highwater bar and grill. The third floor deck was a good shaded hangout spot in the afternoon and evening. No complaints. The coffeemaker is a Nespresso with many types of pods supplied. There are bikes, boogie boards, surfboards and beach games in the locked outdoor rooms. Did not use the outdoor shower.

Our family of 6 visited this property for a long weekend and were very pleased! The house was a close walk to the beach and a few shops. The ocean is somewhat visible from the back deck, which was pleasing to the soul! The water was absolutely beautiful during our stay. Host responded quickly on the VRBO app to some questions that we had upon our arrival. Kitchen was very well equipped and easy to navigate. We appreciated the fans that were provided in the bedrooms, they were an added bonus. The simplicity of check-in and check-out was appreciated! I was a little anxious about the chemical free atmosphere, but the owners made it very helpful by providing hand, dish and laundry soap in addition to cleaning supplies. Thank you for sharing your lovely home we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Great Family Beach House

The only and I mean only complaint we have is that the thermostats were locked and set on 75. We are from Texas and all sleep with our houses cold and large ceiling fans on. Most of us were having problems with interrupted sleep due to being hot and no air circulation. It would have been fine if we could keep windows and doors open, but the rules required us to keep the doors closed and we followed the rules. Overall great location and great beach access.

Thanks for the 5 Star Review! Great feedback. Unfortunately, if we lower the temperature at a beach house it can have negative effects on the HVAC. Based on your feedback, in addition to the ceiling fans, we will be purchasing floor fans for every room to help people sleep.

The location is great. The house is as listed. The owners were very responsive. I’m gonna be a little picky here, I think the place needs some updated pillows, linens, and towels. A lot of these items were in not great shape. There were 9 of us and barely enough towels for all of us unless you wanted to use your beach towel for your bath towel. House was nice though and over all a good experience. Very walkable location lots within a mile. On the negative side the fridge water/ice dispenser was dirty and moldy so we used the water dispenser on the sink, I attached a picture for reference. Despite these small issues this house was a good experience. I think with some small tweaking it could be great.

Hi Chad, glad you liked the location, experience and our response time. After further review in person, we have had some renters take our towels recently and so they are now refilled. We have 14 pillows in the house and think you might have missed the extra pillows in the closets. We double checked the linens and while they might not be matched sets, they are clean and comfortable. We monitor and replace as needed. On the fridge water/ice dispenser, what you are seeing is a slight amount of rust which is common at the beach on metal objects. The fridge is still running strong so it doesn't make sense to replace it for a slight amount of rust. Thanks for your attention to these needs and staying with us!
