Shore est agréable saisit la raison même si beaucoup d'entre nous affluent vers ce domaine. Ce chalet récemment rénové est maintenant disponible pour votre location de vacances escapade. Ce chalet parfaitement équipées offre tous les conforts de la maison. Le plan d'étage ouvert a un lit queen size, grand canapé-lit de taille, et les draps supplémentaires. Nous avons rempli la maison avec des souvenirs et des souvenirs de la rive. Le gîte est situé à proximité de toutes les activités locales. La plage est à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. À quelques pas de porche de la maison sont quelques-uns des meilleurs restaurants sur l'eau où vous êtes sûr d'accord ... la rive est belle!

We rented 2 cabins. They are in walking distance to alot of restaurants and bars and close to marina. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stop for a quick fishing trip

The cottage was cute and looked just like we expected. I wish I had read the previous reviews about it being too tight for trailer parking as we brought our skiff. The most important thing I missed in previous reviews was the LOUD squeaky bed. Every time we rolled over we woke each other up. Did not make for a restful nights sleep. Other than that, it accommodated us fine. Would be great if the party lights on the gazebo were fixed, the overhead light was to much.

Sarah, Thank you for your review! We looked at the bed and agree that it was very noisy. For that reason, we have replaced the mattress. In fact, we went ahead and replaced all the mattresses with new hybrid memory foam since they were all about due to be replaced per recommendations. Also, the deck lights run on a GFCI plug there on the deck to protect against any electrical issues. The GFCI was tripped and the lights are now working as expected. Trailer parking in the parking lot will all depend on how full we are on a given weekend, what vehicles guests bring, and how the guests park. But, there is usually always plenty of room along Broadway or 3rd street to park a trailer or boat. Thanks, Living On Island Time

Cute place but...

Cute little cottage but the bathroom and bed was disappointing. The bathroom... The toilet (tiny), sink and shower stall (probably 30" X 30") are for little people. It's a small cottage and that's okay but I'm not sure how the bathroom could accommodate larger size people. The bed... way too soft and it made so much noise when you turned over that you'd wake up (we did not sleep well at all). Overall the cottage was nice... good kitchen, grill, a/c, and in a great location but something as simple as a good bed would have made our stay much more enjoyable.

Everything in the cottage is standard size. If you want more room, we suggest you rent the Fins & Feathers cottage. It is our larger cottage with more room. The smaller cottages are best for only 2 adults. We have 2 adults stay in them for months at a time in the winter without any complaints. Just personal preference I guess. Since this review we have purchased thick mattress toppers for all the beds.

Fulton Tx stay

The property was clean, neat and tidy. We were looking for something small for my boyfriend and myself and one 9 year old and this met our needs. The main bed mattress could use some updating and thicker curtains. The morning light comes beaming in through the thin curtains they had making hard to sleep in a bit. With fold out couch open it takes up the entire room with a small walk way out the door. I definitely would not say 2 min walk to Fulton pier from front door. This was our main reason of staying. Thought you could literally see the pier from your front door. It rained most time we visited and pier was prob a short few minute drive. But all the stores are short drive near. No laundry machines in this rental. This was a big down fall for us . Over all not a bad stay. Place is more for couple.

Thank you very much for your review! Unfortunately, mattresses are something we will never be able to please everyone since everyone is different. The best we can do is us medium firm mattresses so they are in the middle of soft and firm. The mattresses we have are hybrid medium firm are has 4.5/5 stars out of 7000+ reviews on Amazon. If you are very particular about your mattress, we suggest you bring your own mattress topper that suits your personal preferences. In all the cottages, the main mattresses are only about a year old. As for the fishing pier, obviously everyone walks at different speeds. It is 1/10 mile from the cottages and can easily be walked to in a few minutes. No where on our listing does it state you can see the pier from the cottages. It clearly states it is the Fulton Town Fishing Pier a couple minutes from the cottages. We are sorry you felt it was closer. But, we are glad you were still able to enjoy your stay despite this and hope you will visit us again!

Cute cottage in Fulton

My husband and I had a nice 4-night stay at this property, July 20-24. Cute little cottage with full kitchen. Everything we needed was supplied. Keyless entry to the cottage was nice. Just a few things that could be improved. Bed was comfortable but very noisy..every time one of us moved or turned over during the night, we woke up the other one. Also found 2 roaches--one dead, one alive--during our stay. We know it's hard to keep beach houses totally bug-free, so we didn't care too much about that. A missing slat from the mini-blinds on the front door gave a less than totally private feel. So we stuffed paper towels in it to take care of that little problem. On day 2 or 3 the bathroom sink started to drain VERY slowly. That was probably the most annoying thing we encountered. We both love the area. Came away with a good impression of the Rockport marina area. We love the Corpus area and have been there several times so we wanted to check out the Rockport area and were not disappointed. However, we were disappointed that the beaches along Mustang Island were closed to vehicles due to COVID-19. So we had to walk close to a mile to the beach from where we parked and were unable to take our big cooler and umbrella. Ended up buying a foldable cart to haul everything the second time we went to the beach. All in all a good visit.

Thank you for your review! We have already replaced the door blind with a new one and fixed the sink that was draining slowly. Also, we already get monthly pest control and with all the rain lately, we have been having to get them retreated as bugs are trying to find shelter. The down side to being so close to the ocean are the bugs! But, we do our best to control them any way we can. Thanks again for staying with us!

We enjoyed our visit. Place meet our expectations, close to town, nice yard and Gazebo and deck Host was quick to respond to any questions or request. Plenty of hot water, kitchen had good supply of cooking necessities Highly recommend this place

The only concern was plastic cover on the mattress that made lots of noise when you moved in the bed. To me it looked like the plastic that came on the mattress when it was shipped. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at the cabin.

Quaint and easy

The location is great- stores, beach, fuel all right there. The cabin is easy to access with VRBO instructions. Comfy bed, plenty of linens and all the things you’d need in the kitchen. We did need to kill two giant roaches, but I really don’t think this was a cleanliness issue. I think that is more of a gulf coast issue. Have fun in this cute beach cabin and it’s nearby amenities

Not bad

Overall stay was pretty good. As in the previous reviews, the bathroom is quite small however that’s not where we spent our time. We did notice the toilet leaked and there were several bugs in the house. May need to exterminate. Pillows on the couch need to be replaced as they looked old and not very clean. Overall we did not spend a lot of time in the house.

Great Fishing Accomondations

With a full kitchen, the cottages are great place to stay for a fishing trip. With down town Fulton restaurants within walking distance, it is a safe place to be after a day of beer drinking and fishing in the hot sun. It could be improved if it had a soap tray in the shower. The bathrooms are small but adequate.
