A short distance from Miami Beach, Brickell, Wynwood Arts District, Design District, Miami International Airport, Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, and the American Airlines Arena. By car, Brickell City Centre is only 10-15 minutes away, the Design District and South Beach are about 20 minutes, and Miami International Airport is around a 25-minute drive

Equipped with modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and essential cookware.



★ PARKING:

Included nearby parking garage. Please note we include a parking garage access card at no additional cost. Please consider that all vehicles must be moved every 24 hours or they will be towed. “Moved” means exiting and re-entering the garage, not just switching parking spots. The garage is managed by the Miami Parking Authority (MPA).



★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:

Front desk package holding available, with no mailbox key access.



★ PROVISIONS:

Includes WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.



★ PET POLICY:

Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Advance notice of the number and weight of pets is required. Subject to meeting pet requirements.

A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.



★ SAFETY:

Adherence to CDC cleaning standards with thorough disinfection and exterior surveillance cameras.



★ EXTRAS:

We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We want to clarify that the managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.



★ OBSERVATIONS:

Strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited.



★ CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY:

Expect tropical conditions with diverse local wildlife. Regular pest control is in place.

Getting Around:

We suggest driving, but there is also a free metromover 3 blocks away. Uber/Lyft are affordable and convenient options.
