We had such a great stay here! The condo was clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect and being right by the beach was definitely a huge plus. We had an awesome time, and would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend!

Overall everything was good. However the tv in the bedroom was streaming and had no channels available to stream without signing up for a package. The tv in the dining area was cable so we did evjoy that tv. The sofa bed was broken. The bed squeaked evrytime you moved so that was all night. The place was small. We asked for ocean front and that is what was advertised but we had no ocean front view. So your advertising was misleading. Overall it was good and we enjoyed the beach and nearby restaurants.

We would like to clarify that the building itself is a **beachfront property with direct beach access**. This particular unit is not advertised as having a direct Gulf-front balcony view; however, the Gulf can be seen from the balcony. We do our best to provide accurate photos and descriptions so guests know what to expect when booking. We appreciate you bringing the sofa sleeper to our attention. This is the first report we have received that it was broken, and unfortunately, it was not reported during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have gladly sent maintenance to inspect it and address the issue. We will also have the bed and bedroom television checked. Thank you again for staying with us. We’re happy that you enjoyed your time at the beach and hope you’ll consider staying with us again.

It was a good location near the pools , lazy river, and the beach. The door frame on the sliding door was broke making it hard to open and close. I contacted the property and they attempted to fix it. There wasn't alot of seating in the room just a couch and two barstools but it was okay for our family of 3. I tried using the toaster but the springs were broken on it so the bread wouldnt stay down. Only buy microwavable foods or foods you can cook on a stove top - there is no oven. The first night we noticed the sheets had sand in them from the previous guests . Take your own umbrella and beach chairs as there is a charge to rent them on the beach. It was a convenient location to all the nearby attractions and restaurants. Thanks for having us !

We do wish we had been given the opportunity during your stay to replace the toaster, as we would have been happy to take care of that for you promptly. We also want to clarify that the unit is equipped with a convection oven/microwave combo, which does provide oven functionality for guests. As for the cleanliness concern, we take the cleanliness of our accommodations very seriously. Our housekeeping team thoroughly prepares each unit between guests, and the sheets are always changed after each guest. We certainly would have appreciated the opportunity to address any concerns immediately had we been notified during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our guests’ experience. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope you enjoyed your time at the resort and in the area.
