The primary bedroom includes a king bed, flat screen TV, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual sink vanity and a beautifully tiled walk in shower. The second bedroom also features a queen bed, while the hall bathroom offers a convenient shower and tub combination.

For added convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
