This this lovely Gulf-front unit radiates with natural light, showcasing an open layout and inviting coastal decor. Not a smokers paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location and had beautiful views of the GOA. While on vacation one my favorite things to do is have happy hour on the patio with a cold drink and a cigar but not here! No smoking or taping even on the outdoor balcony! That should have been in the listing. The smoking area was one chair by the grills. Overall great place especially if you dont smoke or vape

Great beachfront condo

This was our first time staying in Gulf Shores. We loved Gulf Shores. The condo is in a perfect location. Beautiful views of the beach, near restaurants, etc. The condo was comfortable, quiet and clean. The beach was not crowded and we used the chair and umbrella service for the Tropic Isle condos. We would recommend this condo. We hope to come back.

Living and kitchen areas were very good. Bedroom was quite tight due to the king bed. A queen bed would make the room easier to move about. Closet and pantry spaces contained old appliances and linens that took up useable storage. We have stayed in the bldg many times and this unit is a good one. Bender Realty was excellent to work with and we have booked again for next year.

Absolutely Loved This Place

The condo was completely spotless! Maintenance was perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean in the mornings and evenings during our stay. The kitchen made it fun to do some of our own cooking together. The living room was perfect for relaxing and it was a nice surprise to also have a full selection of tv channels. The king size bed was great, and so comfortable because of the memory foam mattress topper Could be the days of sand and sunshine, but I think that bed made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. We would love to come back someday! Thanks for sharing your lovely place as a rental!

Nicely updated. Bed - Mattress needs updating. After we had house keeping and maintenance come in it was an okay stay. Just really wasted our first night waiting on house keeping and maintenance to come to fix issues. 2nd afternoon had to wait for them to come to fix clogged tub and change shower curtain liner. Maintenance extremely nice and helpful. When we first arrived smelled like mold and had mold in bathrooms Just a lack of the rental company not coming in and checking also smoke alarm kept beeping and tv remote batteries were low. Just mostly minor but things that add up. Also sheets had to be changed the 1st night before we could even get into the bed.
