We loved the tropical private back yard. The pool, and tiki hut were our favorites. Enjoyed the dock. We rented kayaks. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Short walk with our dog to Sombrero Beach!

Photos and descriptions just don't do this property justice! It's a private tropical paradise! Beautiful lush foliage, private pool, hot tub, fabulous tiki hut, all add up to a perfect outdoor oasis. We travelled with dogs, so first thing we did was walk the fence...yard is securely fenced, including dock. Additionally, entire back deck is fenced and gated. Landscaping is unbelievably beautiful and very well tended. Home is extremely well maintained --clean, spacious, updated. Covered parking, and house sits back from the road. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Felt very safe and comfortable walking our pups late at night. Grocery stores and drug stores right outside neighborhood. Boat rentals and dive charters within 5 miles (we rented a boat for 4 days...plenty of docking space). We have rented in Marathon before, but THIS property is by far superior on every level!

The house is perfect size for 2 or 3 couples, or a family with kids. We enjoyed having our boat in the water. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect after a long day of fishing or snorkeling.

Having a yard for the dog was fantastic!! The size of the house was perfect for the 4 of us. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen. The boat dock was great! Loved the outdoor shower. Pool not so much. It was dirty when we checked in & was not cleaned till 4 days later. This was disappointing.

The property was amazing an exactly like the pictures. We brought our 21 foot boat, and they had plenty of room for trailer parking and plenty of dock space to dock the boat. The canal was deep and easy to get in and out. The backyard was perfect for swimming and relaxing after a day out on the water. The inside of the house was very clean and had all the necessary cooking supplies to make meals. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to booking again next year at this property.

Beautiful!

Lush back yard providing complete privacy - absolutely beautiful! Comfortable home, with kitchen space enough for vacation cooking. Walking distance to the beach, for sunset! Loved it!

40th Anniversary trip

This property was like a tropical paradise. Mature palm trees and sea grapes in the back yard provided ample privacy around the pool and tiki hut. The elevated back deck was spacious and well furnished. Would have appreciated pool heater instructions. Finally figured out how to operate it on our last day. The interior was clean and nicely furnished. Would have appreciated more basic cooking supplies like seasonings, oil, foil.

Fabulous Property and Location

I wanted my three boys to experience the "Keys" vacation. I have been SCUBA diving down there for many years. Everyone thought this was the best family vacation we have had together. Can't say enough good things about the overall experience.

Unforgettable back yard 🌮

In the past couple of years, we've stayed in many houses, and I have to say, this one was truly impressive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house itself was charming and had everything we needed, but the backyard and the pool were absolutely unforgettable. We didn't even want to go anywhere else; we spent the entire day hanging out by the pool. The palm trees, the pool, the tiki gazebo, the water features – everything was simply perfect. This house stands out, and I don't think I want to stay anywhere else in this area. If you want to truly enjoy pool time, this backyard and pool won't disappoint. We had a heated pool, and even on cooler days, it was incredibly enjoyable. Highly recommend this property; the Island Breeze service was amazing and provided excellent service immediately.

Already Booked Again

This was a perfect getaway for my husband and I and our 2 Springer Spaniels. We loved it and booked for another visit before we left. The grill actually works, that’s a first! It’s clean, well appointed and just so relaxing.

Thanksgiving Break

This is our 4th year staying in the Keys for Thanksgiving, we love everything about it! This house was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean! The tiki hut and grill were also wonderful to have. Thank you for allowing us to stay we loved it!

PERFECT place!

The biggest problem with our stay was that there were too many options for things to do and ways to relax! Property could not have been better
with the phrase “I could live here” said many times during the week. House and property were spotless (having been recently updated) and the tiki hut was awesome to visit under. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect family vacation

We had a great time and we’re able to bring our dogs and our boat. We enjoyed being able to boat with the family and grandkids during the day, take a dip in the pool and relax on the porch or tiki hut in the evening. We grilled fresh caught fish, listened to music and played family games over drinks after the kids went to bed. Everything was clean, nicely decorated and as advertised. We would come back for sure!

We stayed at another property

There was an issue which led to us not staying here. We stayed at another property. The team at Island Breeze Vacations were great. We have stayed at this property before and it is quite nice. Seconds from Sombero Beach. We stayed at a property on the Gulf side and rented a boat from Wheels2go. Ate at Sparkys, Stuffed Pig and No Name Pub. The house we did stay in was beautiful, quiet and had all the amenities. Planning our next trip, maybe during lobster season this time in the fall.

Absolutely beautiful property

I actually stayed at a different house, the company upgraded me because there was an issue with original house. They offered two really nice options with the same amenities of the original house. The one I chose was beautiful,clean, quite and offered access to the ocean
 everything was perfect! We are looking forward to next year and definitely using this company!

Couldn’t ask for anything better

Beds were comfortable . Towels were plentiful ! Pool was fabulous ! Hot tub was amazing ! The inside was decorated exceptionally! The outside space was just incredible 
 pictures didn’t do it justice . All types of sitting lounging areas 
 sun shade daytime nighttime 
 didn’t even rent a boat bc we had such a great time in our oasis here!

Beautiful backyard and pool

We had a very pleasant time and loved the yard and pool area. It was very relaxing and loved sitting in upperdeck reading and lounging by the pool while kiddos swam. Definitely recommend, the house itself is cozy and had what we needed and beds were comfortable and everything was spotless when we arrived.
