★ Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (no loud music after 10 PM)
★ No smoking
★ No events, parties, or large gatherings (maximum occupancy: 8 guests)
★ No pets allowed (Violation Fee: $250)
★ No illegal activities on the property
★ Minimum booking age: 30
★ Additional fees and taxes may apply
★ Photo ID may be required upon check-in

★ Exterior security cameras: Ring doorbell (front door), cameras on the side of the garage and back door facing outward
★ Fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink
★ Water shut-off valve located in the garage by the water heater
★ Breakages or damages must be reported immediately

★ Community pool closures are outside of our control and are not grounds for a refund

★ $150 fee for lost golf cart key
★ Must be returned to the garage and plugged in daily
★ No driving on the beach or outside of WindMark Community (illegal)
★ No parking golf cart on grass or street (HOA rules apply)

★ Driveway parking only – no parking on grass or street
★ Maximum of 2 vehicles in driveway

HOME CARE
★ Makeup towels are provided – please do NOT use white washcloths for makeup removal
★ Guests will be charged for damaged towels or linens

★ Please remove all trash from property and put in garbage can
★ Garbage Day is Early Monday Morning (please put can at end of driveway Sunday)
★ Dirty Dishes in Dishwasher and Run Cycle
★ Leave Linens on all Beds
★ Report any issues or accidents so we can fix and resolve issues for next guest
★ Leave Used Towels in Bathtub
★ Double Check for Personal Items
★ Close All Windows and Lock Doors
★ Turn Off Lights
★ Make Sure Golf Cart is Plugged In and Sand is Washed off with hose
★ Leave the Garage Remote and Golf Key in White Dish in the Kitchen.
$150 lost golf cart key and $50 garage remote will be charged if not returned.
★ All Beach Equipment stored back in its proper place in the garage
★ Do not let the golf cart run below 30% of Battery Life, Keep the Golf Cart on the charger when not in use.
★ You assume all liability when operating the Golf Cart. Any damages incurred during your stay will be billed back to you.
★ Do not lose the key there will be a $150 Charge
★ No speeding in the Community
★ Report immediately any damages to the golf cart
★ State Law must be 16 and have a valid driver`s license to operate the golf cart
★ No driving on boardwalks in the community. There is access to Village Center near boardwalk # 5 it’s for golf carts and will bring you to the City Center. There is an Octopus sculpture on the right-hand side before boardwalk number #5 as a landmark. On the way back there is a fire hydrant as a landmark to turn on the boardwalk. See golf cart map in the garage and in the golf cart.
★ Do not take the golf cart off designated paved areas or on any boardwalks not highlighted on the map located in the welcome book as well as the cart itself.
★ To get to Village Center go on the golf cart path and all the way down there will be a gate with access go through the gate and there will be houses along the beach. Continue straight and you will run into the path to the Village Center. There are 10 boardwalks for beach access. Golf cart parking is on the side.
★ Absolutely no driving on Highway 98 it’s against the law and they patrol often.
★ The golf cart includes a GPS tracking unit tied to a Geo Fence that will notify Making MO Memories Management if the cart leaves designated Golf Cart areas. Always follow the map in the garage and in the golf cart.
