Ideal for large groups, the home features 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, blending elevated finishes with a comfortable, lived-in feel.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. • Please make sure you fully close the hot tub and strap the cover back on when you’re not using it.

• Hot tub - The hot tub may be serviced during your stay; if so, the technician will enter the backyard, but not the home. Please keep in mind that if a complete drain and fill service is needed, it may take up to 48-72 hours for the hot tub to come up to full temperature.

• For the air conditioning to work most efficiently, please keep blinds and curtains closed during the day.

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.
