Everything was wonderful. It was a beautiful home! The kitchen was stocked. One item to note, the upstairs bathroom in the bedroom is leaking considerably out out of the shower when the shower is on.

This vacation home was perfect for me and my family. The location is amazing with the bay on one side and beach on the other. Coffee, food, and Belmont park are all walkable. Host was communicative. And the place is beautiful. Most importantly core memories were made.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Came with a group of friends to enjoy the area. The house is very well equipped to host large group gatherings. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife in the area. Thanks for hosting!

Great fit for our family!

Other than minor kitchen issues (nonstick pans need replacement, disposal did not work, some burners were questionable) we were very pleased with our stay.

Family Spring Break Vacation

Property was prefect for a family vacation. The location was as advertised and very convenient for a morning walk on the beach or a quick trip for coffee at the local coffee shop. It is also an easy trip to the city. The zoo and downtown San Diego were easy to get to and not a long drive. We found the three stories to be great for us where we could have our own personal space and bathrooms. The host was very responsive in any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this property. It’s a great option for families.

Family vacation

This beach house was just right for our annual extended family vacation! Plenty of rooms/bathrooms. Good gathering spaces, Good collection of beach chairs/towels. The enclosed front yard area was great for our little people. Close to the bay and ocean beaches, restaurants, small market. This area is in a flight path but it didn’t bother us much after the first couple days. The garage held our two larger cars and one small one. Truly great house and location!

Very nice house in good location, floors were filthy and I had to throw away all of my socks when I got home, third floor showers/tubs were clogged but manager was quick to respond and clogs were cleared that day, there was not enough dish soap or dishwasher soap to last entire week, just enough toilet paper for final day. Difficult to get 2 vehicles into garage, very tight for 2 cars.

Very relaxing and comfortable stay

Spent 5 nights here and enjoyed every moment. The outdoor seating area was super relaxing when we were not on the Bay or the Ocean. Very clean and nice interior. Nice quiet and well maintained home and surrounding area. The large garage was a plus as we drove in from out of state and fit both a Nissan Titan Pro-4x truck and Infinity Q50 car.Nice supply of boogie boards, large tent (that we didn’t use) beach umbrellas and a wagon. However the wagon has seen better days- rusty and wheels breaking. Luckily we brought our own to use.Kitchen was good. Tried to use the propane grill but the self ignition didn’t work and it didn’t heat up. Found another way to light it before finding lighters. But not sure it works right still. We were going to vacuum a little to clean up but the vacuum didn’t work either. Able to use a broom and dust pan only. Those were just small things. Everyone loved the stay and we would love to return here.

We paid over 2,400/night and had the most disappointing vacation rental experience I've ever had. I almost always leave 5-star reviews, so 2 stars reflects how poor this stay truly was. **TLDR:** Inflexible management, dirty home, inaccurate listing, and poor customer service. I'd book with a single owner-managed property instead.The management company (they told me they manage 200 homes) hid behind "policy" rather than helping guests. Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out 10 a.m. with zero flexibility. I repeatedly asked to either check in slightly early or simply drop luggage inside for 30 seconds (even offering to pay any amount extra) but every request was denied.We waited outside from 3:15 while the house was empty, yet weren't allowed inside. Groceries and a charcuterie board sat in the sun because they wouldn't let us refrigerate them. At 4pm. we still didn't have check-in instructions or codes.Despite insisting they needed every minute to clean, we arrived to trash left behind, filthy sticky floors that turned our feet black, NO hand soap anywhere, empty shampoo/conditioner bottles despite the listing, and inaccurate bed descriptions. One "queen" bed is much smaller than a queen, forcing 2 adults to sleep on the floor because the stained pull-out couch mattresses were SO uncomfortable.The home is much smaller than the photos suggest and not suitable for 11 adults. For the price, I expected a clean, accurately represented home and customer service. Stay elsewhere!

Regarding your notes on amenities, we did provide a complimentary kit containing shampoo, soap, and conditioner, but we also went ahead and brought even more supplies for guests to ensure you were fully covered. Furthermore, all cleanliness issues you raised during your stay were addressed right away by our team. While we must strictly adhere to our check-in and check-out windows to allow our cleaning staff adequate time to prepare the home—and we apologize for any delay with the door codes upon your arrival—we regret that the layout, size, and overall experience did not meet the high standards we strive to provide. The garage was great easy to access and had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and wagon. Also the house had plenty of room for our family. Walking into the house we were over powered by the smell of bleach. Took 2 days to air it out but still strong in lower floor. The floors were filthy. We are a family that leaves our shoes at the door. The cleaners washed over the floors never removing the solution which made the floors sticky and dirty. We kept shoes or socks on the whole time. The vent over the stove was completely caked with grease. We tried to do very little cooking and absolutely no boiling of liquids for fear of dripping grease. The toilet on the second floor bolts were completely rusted out. Every time you sat on it would shake. (I'm not a heavy person 115lbs). Also in the bedroom on 2nd floor the window covering is missing the cap on the bottom and cut my leg when I went to shut them. The room on the third floor had a jute rug which was badly pulled and also some strange grayish stain. In the entertainment section on the 3rd floor were 2 heavily soiled chairs that turned into beds. The bath tub/shower on the first floor was broken. Only tub part worked. Also they have the bed pushed up against the shutters and on the back side of the shutters was mold. They did have a repair guy come out but he never came back to fix anything. We were told since it was longer than 24 hours that I reported how dirty things were it was too late to call back the cleaners.
