This charming third-floor studio is an ideal haven for any solo trip or exciting couple’s getaway to Miramar Beach.



With direct beach access and just a short walk to The Village of Baytowne Wharf, this convenient recreational mecca offers both adventure and relaxation. Enjoy a leisurely round of golf in serene surroundings or stroll by the waterfront, exploring upscale boutiques and eateries. Grab a friend for a surfing session or sunbathe in the sugary sands with your favorite book. Nearby you’ll also discover Miramar Beach, Topsail Preserve State Park, and The Track-Destin within a ten-mile radius offering incredible Gulf views and family-friendly entertainment.

Relaxing

We did some shopping around Destin and then stayed the night. It was nice to park and walk around the property and then walk back. We really enjoyed our stay, very relaxing!

Perfect little stay to sleep and play with young kids. It is located in the parking garage close to the dine and play area- Baytowne Wharf. We were gone most of the day exploring and just retreated back to sleep.

It was the perfect size room for me, my wife, and my 8-year-old daughter. The location was amazing. It was a one minute walk into the heart of Baytown. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, Baytown Wharf had everything you would need without having to leave the area. The room was fine, although a little dated in the bathroom area.

Mom and Daughter Getaway

Fun weekend to relax and unwind. We love staying in this area. The unit was just what we needed for two. The only downfall were the squeaky uncomfortable beds and the musty stale smell. It needs to be aired out badly.

Overall, the stay was nice with a few glitches along the way. As far as the check in, it was stressful. We were told our info. would be emailed to enter the room, yet never received it. Had to call the check in people to get the info. Once in, room was very clean and nice but did wish it had a small table and chairs to use since we were provided with dishes, microwave, utensils, yet no where to sit but on the beds. Once settled in, we tried to connect to wifi...after MANY calls we still had no service for the trip. Very frustrating and could not access any info. due to no wifi. The parking garage is to crowded and was surprised at how long it took to find a spot to park!! Visitors that are not staying have access to that parking lot and for the ones that pay for the stay have to drive around in circles hoping someone leaves. For the price of the room per night, you would think the service could be a bit better. Location was nice and had a lot of things to do.

Very Economical for Baytowne

If you’re looking for a low price this is it but don’t expect much. We needed a cheap stay this trip and it fit our budget. It is a bare bones condo. This is the size of a hotel room. No tables, no chairs, the TV is practically the size of a laptop. With that being said, who the heck sits in the room here. We were out enjoying Baytowne and Sandestin at a very cheap price and the location is perfect! This rental is for those that don’t plan on sitting in their room and worked fine for us. It’s a tight squeeze for 4.
