Welcome to your beautifully remodeled coastal retreat, ideally located on the fourth floor of Waters Edge on Okaloosa Island. Conveniently situated near the parking garage, you’ll enjoy the ease of having parking just steps from your front door.



Inside, this thoughtfully updated condo features elegant tile flooring throughout the kitchen, hallway, and bathrooms, creating a clean and modern feel. Step out onto your private balcony—accessible through sliding glass doors off the living room—and take in breathtaking Gulf Coast sunsets while keeping an eye out for dolphins playing in the surf.



The fully equipped kitchen is designed to impress, boasting sleek granite countertops, a new full-size stainless steel refrigerator, and all the cookware and tools needed to prepare anything from quick bites to memorable family meals. Gather around the stylish extendable dining table, which comfortably seats up to six—perfect for shared dinners or lively game nights.

This is our third time staying at waters edge and second time in 414. It’s very clean and comfortable. Enjoy being right at where we park. Will be back!

Lovely Spot

Pretty sure I’m not a person who would enjoy this spot during peak season, but it’s perfect for the off season. The views and sounds of the beach, water and sky are fantastic. Kitchen and bedroom were equipped and comfortable. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The internet wasn't working during our stay, and I notified the host. They sent someone to fix it, but it still didn't work. The carpet was very old, and the floor wasn't clean; I could feel a lot of grit underfoot when walking around.
