The place was well stocked. The mattresses are every bit as bad as some reviews I had read and need to be replaced. It’s in a great area of Mexico Beach and we enjoyed ourselves

This is our second time staying. My only suggestions for improvement would be for the owner to invest in new mattresses or mattress toppers. And also updating a couple of pieces of furniture that are outdated/worn out.

Memorial weekend couples trip.

We loved the condo. Location to beach was excellent. Beautiful pool. Pictures of condo was accurate and bed in master very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was nice and we enjoyed it for the most part. However, there were a few deficiencies
 1) the dryer did not work, which we didn’t know until after we washed clothes. 2) the bathtub drain in the smaller bathroom was almost completely clogged. We had to clean it out so the water would drain. 3) one night loud music was being played at the pool until at least midnight.

Friendly atmosphere

Great place to stay. Quiet, comfortable, clean. It was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Only problem we had was the keyless entry did not work and we had to use the only one set of keys they had for the unit.

Back to the Beach

After losing our Beach house during Hurricane Michael, we decided to look for places to rent at Mexico Beach. We were impressed with the condo that we rented. The area was very quiet and located in a place that was convenient for us. The inside of the condo was attractive and equipped with all the necessary items. We definitely plan to rent there again.

Mexico Beach Trip

It was within walking distance to some shops and restaurants, and the walk to the beach was easy and took just a few minutes. The bed was not very comfy, and my husband and I both constantly rolled to the middle of the bed. The hot tub did not work, even though that was on the listing. The first evening we struggled to get the TV working, which only had some sort of cable. The wifi did not work, and the TV would not play. I contacted the company, and we had to spend a good 45 minutes trouble shooting to try to solve the problem - NOT at all what you want to do on your vacation. I was either texting with AI or someone in/from another country. It did not solve the problem. The TV in the living room is extremely old and desperately needs to be updated. There was no way to watch any streaming device. That is how most people watch television now, so I was shocked they did not have that. The TV in the bedroom did not work at all, and we did let the company know. They did nothing to fix it. The wifi issue was not fixed Friday night. We drove almost 30 minutes to the nearest WalMart and bought a Roku device just so we could stream shows. We had to use my own Hot Spot from my phone to use it. While we were at the beach the next day someone came and fixed the Wifi, but they never let me know like they said they would. We had valuables sitting around, so we were very upset about that. I would not stay here again and will never again get a property owned by Vacasa.
