The Space:

Majestic Sun A513 is located directly across the street from the beach on Scenic Highway 98 in Destin, FL. This beautifully-decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium accommodates up to six guests comfortably. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. Upon entering, you will find the guest bedroom on your left along with the guest bathroom featuring granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. Down the hallway, you will find the fully-equipped and upgraded kitchen, featuring granite countertops and all white appliances. The kitchen leads into the dining area and living room. The living room includes a large flat-screen television and DVD player. Enjoy free DVD rentals throughout your stay, as an added bonus. There is also a washer and dryer combination in the unit, for your convenience. The living room leads directly to the spacious, private balcony, boasting stunning Gulf-front views of the crystal-clear waters. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom includes a television and DVD player and leads into the spacious master bathroom with a double vanity and granite countertops. Majestic Sun is located on beautiful Seascape Resort with its 18-hole championship golf course, conference center, eight tennis courts, freshwater lakes and lovely park grounds. This family vacation resort is convenient to casual and fine dining restaurants, shopping at Silver Sands Factory Outlet mall and the area's many attractions.

Great stay in a convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay at Majestic Sun. The condo was well equipped with everything you’d need for a long stay - a true home away from home. The location is so convenient with easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Definitely enjoyed our stay. Only wish they could have cleaned floors better. There was quite a bit of sand everywhere. Overall great condo!

Wonderful location

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything that we needed including beach toys and chairs. It was wonderful to wake up to a view of the gulf. The location was fantastic as we just had to walk right across the beach. The amenities at the complex were also great. Will definitely be back.

Overall It’s Lovely

Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay. The place is spacious and has a great view. There were a few minor issues (a clogged sink and a towel rack that was about to fall out of the wall) in the main bathroom but nothing that would keep me from staying again. The pools and other amenities plus the proximity to the beach was a fun combination.

Very Nice

This condo was great, the location was perfect, nice view from the 5th floor but not so far up that you were trying to ride the elevators up and down every time you wanted to grab something from the room. The grounds were clean and beach was steps away. Would rent again.

This was an awesome month of March at this facility. Extremely clean and beautiful view of the Gulf. We need a filter changed and just had to make a phone call and it was taken care of.

Beautiful View from Master bedroom

This is the second time I've stated at this property. The bed in the master bedroom the best. The living room furniture was dirty and worn out. It is definitely time for an upgrade. The Majestic Sun is one of my favorite locations.

Disappointed

We never received the contract agreement to sign until we were notified through text 30 minutes after we left home that it had not been signed. We had notified the property manager with questions twice before leaving from home asking if everything was complete. We had to turn around and go back home to complete agreement. Our requested car tags and pool bands were not ready when we went in the following morning to pick them up. We have stayed here multiple times and things were not a organized as usual. The elevator in the parking deck did not work 2 days during our stay.

Nice unit, confusing check-in

This was our first time staying at this complex. Arriving to the complex, the entrance to the parking area was unmarked- signage at entrance was for adjacent comple- so we passed it without knowing. The marked entrance was for owners only, not visitors so turning around on this busy road was difficult with the amount of traffic. We were also surprised that there is a road that must be crossed in order to get to the beach. Many of the complexes in this area are across the street from the beach, but the beach-front description did not detail that. We also had not read the fact that the check-in was completely automatic- there was no one at either desk in the facility. For 4pm, this was odd, and we saw many other guests checking in that were also searching for a check-in desk. Again this was confusing, but not horrible. Having the keyless entry was nice, considering that we have stayed other places where the key cards would become de-magnetized and have to be re-programmed after any contact with phones or sand. So, this was actually a positive. The unit itself was very nice and clean. The appliances were modern and well-stocked. The only thing missing was a pizza pan/cookie sheet to cook our kids’ favorite food- frozen pizza. The beach was nice, We did not utilize the indoor or outdoor pool, but there were two hot tubs and two outdoor pools at the complex. There was construction tape at the junction of the indoor pool to the outdoor pools, as there were obviously some repairs in progress for the railing around the drop-off. Overall, it was a nice complex, nice room and was hassle free, but know before you book, that you will be crossing the street and that the entrance is hard to see upon arrival.
