Please note: Ongoing property improvements are scheduled from now through February 2026. Work will occur in phases, beginning with walkway preparation and cleaning. Balcony repairs are expected to start in November 2025, followed by walkway recoating scheduled through December 2025. During this time, guests may see workers on site, experience some construction noise, and encounter limited access to certain walkways while work is in progress.

Absolutely wonderful!

The best experience ever. Our friendly host responded to every question immediately! We had everything we needed and more. Super clean and very comfortable. The balcony is perfect for waking up and having coffee. The location is great. Ample parking literally a few steps away. Really easy to come and go. The beach is a short walk away. We would absolutely stay here again!

Unique spot for two

It can be tough to find the right property on 30a for just two people, and we found this unit at the inn at Seacrest to be a great fit for us. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed for a quick weekend. We were disappointed with the very early checkout time. The beach you get access to is very overcrowded and a little hike from the room, but there are other beach options if you’re willing to bike/drive. Overall, we’d happily recommend this place.

Unexpected first night

Although the location is perfect. Having to wait outside in the heat and humidity for over 2 hours to be able to get back into the condo after 3 codes failed to work and were told that the keypad was off line. The locksmith was very kind but didn’t arrive until after 9 pm. After driving 6 hours it was not a welcoming first night.

Lots of bugs

We did enjoy our trip to Seacrest. We have stayed in this room a couple of years before. However, I did want to let you know that we encountered quite a few bugs in our room. The kitchen counter and at the outside of of the faucet end of the bath tub were the main areas. As well as against the baseboards in numerous places. We bought some roach spray and sprayed really well and that seemed to do the trick for our visit. However I feel like they will come back. So I’m just letting you know without making a public review.

Seacrest Beach property

The mattress in that unit was super bad.... needs to be replaced. The "kitchen" is poorly equipped, nothing to really cook with, only microwave and toaster oven, no stove or hot plate, no bowl to even make a salad.
