Make yourself at home and create everlasting memories at this fourth-floor condo that is part of The Grand at SandestinÂź Golf and Beach Resort, which boasts excellent all-season amenities, including a fitness center, hot tub, and 4,000-square-foot lagoon pool. SandestinÂź Golf and Beach Resort stretches from the bay to the beach. The resort offers endless options for dining, shopping, entertainment, and activities with three public golf courses, 15 tennis courts, a 113-slip marina, two spas, miles of bike trails, and the beautiful sugar-white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Village of Baytowne Wharf provides dining, shopping, and entertainment options for the entire family featuring 16 retail shops, 20 restaurants and nightclubs, and 11 entertainment experiences, including Blast Arcade and Baytowne Adventure Zone. Visit the Baytowne Marina to enjoy the outdoors with YOLO boards, kayaks, wave runners, parasailing, fishing charters, book a dinner cruise on the 125-foot three-deck Solaris yacht, or rent a pontoon boat to spend the day at Crab Island.
