Wedding

We stayed last minute for a wedding on the property. It was perfect. Convenient and clean. Very peaceful, but was told it is very busy in the Spring and Fall. Close to a ton of shopping, wish I had more time there.

Room was nice - resort had issues

The room at the Grand Sandestin was just as advertised. We did see some mold on the cabinet door by the refrigerator, but assumed it was from moisture from the fridge. Not a huge deal. The air conditioner in the unit was loud and squeals when it starts up. That took a little getting used to. While we were there, there were bad storms that took out the AC in the resort and electricity in some parts. The whole place seemed to have sprung a leak as well. There were fans and carpet cleaning happening all around throughout our visit. The smell was also pretty bad. We wished the Grand Sandestin had a working bar downstairs. Just a place to grab a coke or a frozen drink while at the pool would've been nice. Any kind of service worker was hard to find for any needs we had. We liked the resort complex. The place is a gated community that is just gorgeous. The proximity to Baytown Wharf is also nice. There were good restaurants, shops and entertainment there that we didn't have to drive to. It was also a good option to have in case we didn't want to battle the traffic to get into Destin. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I mean, it's Florida and the beach, so how bad could it be? Tufan was also very responsive to issues and let us know when AC was supposed to be back on, etc.

Tufan, our host, was great! Very communicative. Unit was clean, comfortable bed, all necessary amenities, great location and very quiet. You never need to leave resort.

Get get away location. Room was great but small.

This property was is a great location. We'll equipped and very clean. Room was allotted small and best suited for couple or small family. No seating for relaxation. Overall a great place!

Then I saw turquoise waters and sugary white beaches of Destin, Florida and fell in love at first sight. This is the reason we bought beach condos in Destin. We visit regularly as a family and rent them ourselves. Our 10 Luau, Bahia, Elation and Grand Sandestin units are at the Premier Sandestin Resort. We also own at Pelican Beach Resort, Majestic Sun Resort at Seascape and Waterscape Resort. All are beachside updated properties with great reviews.
