Trash chute is toward the elevator.
Open the Murphy bed overhead cabinets before closing the bed up.

Hair dryer in bottom middle drawer
Don't twist the balcony handle to close it. Shut it with force and watch out for your hands.
Ice maker, commercial sized washer, extra bathroom, and gym all on lobby floor
Exterior condo doors of the Grand lock after 11:00, use the above code.
Use the auto floor sweeper daily to help keep sand out of your bed.
