The condo was perfect, other than climbing two flights of stairs. It is very well decorated. Everything worked perfectly. From the balcony you can see both the Gulf and the Sound!

I read both other reviews before renting and agree with both. This is perfectly located- nice view of Bay and Gulf and beautiful sunsets! Awesome beach right across the street. The balcony had 3 plastic chairs for morning coffee or evening sunsets but the ac units noise is a little annoying but you get used to it. The kitchen has what you need for basic cooking and the unit overall is a very comfortable for 4 people. It might feel a little crowded if there were 6 people staying there. Plenty of bath towels and a nice full size washer and dryer. We were told there were no beach chairs or beach towels but we were pleasantly surprised to find old but usable beach chairs in the bedroom closet. It would have been very nice to have beach towels as we did not have room in our luggage as we were flying. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much. The only negative was the cleanliness when we arrived. Overall it was clean but The bath mats were all grungy, so I washed them. I would also replace the 2 area rugs or get rid of them all together. Also as noted, it is on the third floor which was not a problem for us, but if someone had mobility issues it could be a problem with no elevator. If we were to return to this area we would not hesitate to stay here again. We enjoyed our stay!

Apartment with easy access to Sound and Gulf

The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. It suits well for up to 6 persons with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the living-room and the master bedroom you have a nice view and can enjoy a beautiful sunset towards the Sound of Santa Rosa. The windows of the other rooms are towards the staircase of the block.Sitting on the balcony is suitable for 4 - and you should know that there is no privacy due to the open view to other balconies. As well you hear the sound of air-conditioning as it is situated between the apartment blocks, right under the balcony towards one side.The seaside and beach on the Santa Rosa Sound are just a few feet away, the beautiful Long Beach on the Gulf are easily to be reached , just walk across the Boulevard and the access is between a hotel and an apartment complex.
