The condo was amazing! The unit we rented ended up having mildew and they moved us. The new condo was amazing! Beautiful views and completely updated!

We really enjoyed our stay! The views were beautiful, and being right on the beach was definitely the highlight. The balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The only downside was the entry access code—it was 10 digits long, which felt unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient to enter each time. Other than that, we had a great experience and would stay here again.

Unfortunately there was mold on the ceiling in the living room. Condo was nice but seemed to be missing small essentials (ie hand soap). Thought it had an ice maker in the room, ended up being a wine cooler which was no help to us.

This property, location, and view were AMAZING! The space was very large and comfortable. The balcony was roomy off the living space and primary bedroom. Having multiple beds in the second bedroom would have been perfect for a family of 5. The bathroom was incredible with the separate shower (water pressure wasn't the greatest) and the soaking, jetted tub was very relaxing. The double sinks and huge walk in closet were a bonus! The only inconvenience was that one side of the king bed was "broken" (it had a visible dent that was uncomfortable to sleep on, so my husband had to snuggle with me whether he wanted to or not (LOL) because I had to sleep in the middle of the bed.

This has become a bad experience overall. One of the good thing is the apartment is located in good area where you have direct access to the Beach and it is on higher floor which allow nice sea view.The management company is VERY irresponsible and have not taken ANY actions on the issues we encountering. The biggest issue was the pieces from the ceiling falling off and never able to use the dinning area and kitchen counter top area. We sent messages via Vrbo, and called the management. Their responded back quickly, but NEVER took any actions. They promised to send someone to look at the issue but NO one has come for 3 days. They don’t even follow up on our queries. We are not able to use dinning area and part of the kitchen. (The management office in front of the apartment building but they never bother to send anyone). We are cleaning the area every few hours to get out the pieces out which are falling from the ceiling. It is unhealthy specially for the kids.The living room had a very old and wet rug and wasn’t sure whether there was any water leak happened. We reported but NO action taken.I would NOT recommend this apartment NOR the management company for anyone.

Stunning views. Could’ve done without the roaches in kitchen. Battery went dead on both smoke detector and door lock but customer service addressed the door lock issue quickly. Place was clean and comfortable for our Christmas getaway!

Everything went smoothly. The condo was very clean, and freshly mopped as we arrived. The condo was accurately listed, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels/toiletries stocked. We hope to stay again!

Amenities were nice. Room was nice. Great location and view. The 10 digit door code was difficult with the lock having low batteries and the 800 number repeatedly saying "enter it faster". Luckily we escalated the issue and got a local person to stop by who was great. She came prepared with a battery and was very personable. Not sure why the wrist bands are necessary since they don't open anything. Good shells.

Absolutely gorgeous and very relaxing

This was our first trip to Navarre, and will definitely not be our last. We relaxed! I can’t say I have ever relaxed at any other beach like I did at Navarre. Amazing condo! Great staff at the Resort office. We have a new beach destination for years to come.

Great Condo

Perfect for our week get away. Check in was super easy. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The beach view was Beautiful! No regrets!

Family vacation

Location was good there wasn’t a lot to do right there but the area is growing. The view from the condo was great! It was clean, the only complaint we had was the faucets and shower heads needed some updating. We would definitely come back it was an overall great stay!

Heaven on earth

We had an amazing time. It was our first time in the area and it was perfect! Even with a little bit of rain we made the best of it! The condo was FULLY stocked with everything we needed! This was our first, but definitely not our last visit!

Awesome!!

This was our 2nd time to stay at The Pearl and again, it was amazing. The view was wonderful, everything was clean and stocked. We were hesitant on booking this unit because the couch looks very dated in the picture however there is a new couch in the unit and it's very comfy.
