The Space:

Enjoy unmatched, top-floor penthouse views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico in this stylish condo perched on Okaloosa Island. Aside from the dreamy view and bright interior, heading out for the day will be a blast as the beach is just steps away! A break from the heat will be a breeze with the cool waters of the shared pool steps from your front door.



Upon entering, you will find the main suite on the left, complete with an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Twin-size bunk beds are nestled into the hall, ideal for children or additional guests to unwind in their own space. Follow the tile and hardwood flooring into the full kitchen, complete with beautiful granite countertops, a new full-size stainless steel refrigerator, and all the gadgets and cookware you need to turn out fantastic home-cooked meals. Full and content, gather in the freshly painted and decorated living room or opt to watch for dolphins on the private balcony. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning tie together the fantastic list of interior amenities.



Though it will be hard to convince anyone to leave the pristine sand and warm gulf waters, Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, and Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier are all within two miles of your front door! Okaloosa Island is also home to a plethora of local restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques. If you want to venture out a bit more, Destin is a hot spot in the area filled with amusement parks and more pristine beaches.

Wonderful location and beautiful view of the gulf. We had one issue - the front door code stopped working and we had to call to get a new code. I would suggest providing a few beach towels and a few coffee pods.

We always enjoy waters edge

We’ve stayed on Okaloosa 11 years in a row now. The parking garage and pool are as good as it gets on the island. Spectacular views. Clean beaches. This condo was as advertised and we will be back!

Great place

The condo was really nice. Something about the high ceilings was homey and relaxing. My kids loved the bunk beds. Check in was awful though. Our code didn't work to get in and no one would answer the phone when we were calling for help for a while. Other than that it was a great stay.

Very Relaxing & Great Location

This property is right on the beach as described and everything was very clean. I loved the view of the ocean and the walk-out right to the beach. It was also very quiet. The only issue we had was it was not clear from the listing that during off-season, there were no beach towels or chairs available. This needs to be communicated upfront so that we would bring our own. If it is listed, I must have missed it.

We loved the condo we stayed in. It was perfect!Only issue we had was the ginormous roaches all around the bottom floor of the building leading out to the pool/beach. It was pretty gross. Several had been stepped on and left all day. We’d like to return.. after an exterminator pays a visit.

Great manager-disappointed with place

Bathroom off the bedroom smelled like sewer gas..place was dirty upon check in and mold/mildew. It was clearly not cleaned properly. View was nice but would not stay in Waters Edge again.

It’s a nice unit, but needs to spray for cockroaches. There were a few, but still. Another unit had them and asked for an exterminator and all they would do is hand them cans of raid.
