The Space:

The ocean's visible from this condo's private balcony, and close enough to inspire the decor! There's plenty to help you relax in this bright space, including central air conditioning to help keep you comfortable throughout your stay. A private washer/dryer will help towels and swimsuits stay beach-ready. The family-friendly space includes a sofabed, in case someone feels like camping out in the living room. As part of your stay, guests will be able to access the shared pool, seasonal snack shack, fitness room, and gas grill! The shared outdoor shower will rinse off sandy toes before you head inside. Kick back in style at this bright retreat by the sea! WHAT’S NEARBY The beach is so close, you can pick up takeout from The Back Porch and enjoy it right on the sand! Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, just over four miles away. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just over one miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just over one mile from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals, including a rare albino alligator. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

Great property, great location!

We have stayed at several units at Sterling Shores, and always keep coming back. This is a great location within Destin, close to activities, shopping, and food. The unit was beautiful, we would highly recommend and would stay again.

Get away vacation

The Condo was equipped with all of the amenities of home. The ocean views from the bedroom and living areas were awesome. We felt safe staying in a gated property, within walking distance of a seafood restaurant, will most definitely rent again and recommend it to others.

Perfect Location

The property is located in a perfect location. We visit Destin a couple times a year and this unit and property were by far our favorite. The unit is very clean with all the extras. The beds are comfy and the living areas have plenty of space. We will definitely be rebooking for next year.

The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was amazing. So nice to have access to a pool plus a short walk to the beach. The property management team were helpful and friendly. It was hard to leave!!!

We WILL be back!

The unit was perfectly placed and so clean. We had a fantastic view of the pool and then the gulf from our balcony. All the comforts of home and an easy walk to many locations. Also a quick easy drive to grocery stores and many additional restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!

Very clean unit, convenient location. Beach access is great. Large on property pool is NOT heated. The smaller pool across the street is heated.

Loved this property!

The view was amazing from this condo. Check in was easy and having a representative from Vacasa on the property was ideal. Although we didn’t need anything additional it gave us a sense of comfort to know there was someone we could talk to if we did encounter any issues and she was super friendly and welcoming. Great food at the Back Porch which is just steps away-so convenient for lunch and dinner. We highly recommend this condo and are hoping to return!

Excellent!!

This home is beautiful, the grounds immaculate and the view killer! We had an issue with the shower in the guest room, but communication with Vacasa was easy and it was fixed the same day. Vacasa even reimbursed me for waiting on the caretaker, so I definitely recommend this place!!

First time in Destin, and it was Awesome!

We stayed at this great unit located at Sterling Shores. The unit is high enough to get a great view of the emerald shores beaches and water. The unit had nearly everything you’d need for an extended stay. The beach access was convenient. The Backporch Restaurant was very close (albeit expensive). Only good things to say about this Condo. However, there was ongoing construction (as noted in the description), which included grinding of the exterior walls, workers set up in the hallways during the day, and a lot of dust, but that’s not within owners control.

Beautiful Condo!

My family really enjoyed the condo. Great location! The pool was perfect. We were taking our baby for the first trip to the beach and were so comfortable. The condo had everything thing we needed. Very spacious. Comfortable beds and 2 kings! Hard to find. The outdoor patio was huge and had very nice patio furniture to hangout while the baby napped. Our entire family was very impressed. Even a large comfy couch for family movie nights. Will stay again! Highly recommended.

Go ahead and book it

This was the perfect location for us in the past we stayed at Sandestin Resorts but this was much better. The condo was just as it was advertised on the website. The view from the Balcony was absolutely everything for me as I Love sitting outdoors at night for a night cap while listening to the calming water. I had some unexpected business to come up and had left my laptop at home. I went to the main office to ask if I could possibly use their printer and scanner as I just needed to print a form, sign it and scan it back in and was told that I could not. That was disappointing to me we were told there was a UPS up the street. I thought the receptionist could have shown a little compassion but that wasn't the case. Other than that my vacation was very nice and enjoyable.
