The Space:

Ready to relax? This newly constructed 2021 Port St. Joe home provides peaceful neighborhood vibes with a distinctly beachy flair. This spacious, two-story modern home comes equipped with all the necessities and so much more! Beach wagon, chairs, and a variety of toys make a day at the beach hassle-free. Once back from enjoying the sun and surf, shower off in the home's outdoor shower and relax on the covered porches or in one of two roomy and beautifully furnished living room spaces. Watch your favorite movie or tv show on one of the six smart TVs. a delightfully powerful viewing experience is available on the upstairs living room's 85-inch television with an accompanying soundbar. Hulu Live streaming (equivalent to cable) is provided free of charge and guests are welcome to use their own accounts to access other streaming apps. The fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances will make vacation cooking a breeze. The dining table can seat eight to twelve people, with four additional chairs at the kitchen bar. For an al fresco dining experience, there is a lovely table with six chairs and a gas grill outside. Guests can also enjoy access to the community pool during their stay. Need to finish up some work first? The main bedroom is situated downstairs separate from the other bedrooms and features a desk workspace to help you focus. Central air-conditioning with dual thermostats keeps the home cool and comfortable. You are sure to find your favorite chill space within this charming home.

Perfect spot

We loved getting to relax without the hustle and bustle of bigger cities and beaches with higher population. This was the perfect vacation for us to relax with our family.

Awesome Weekend

Only needed to stay the weekend for Son’s State Weightlifting Meet, but would have loved to stay longer. Plenty of room and entertaining areas. The house is nicely decorated and was in a quiet neighborhood.

Great Family Vacation

The house was spacious, clean, well equipped, and decorated nicely. We had our children, grandchildren, and our great grandson 14 total. There was plenty of room for all of us, including bathrooms, and the kitchen was open and well stocked with utensils and pots/pans. It was our first beach trip to stay in a property not located directly on the beach, but we found the short walk to the pool and beach to be quick and well laid out. The beach chairs, tent, toys, and wagons were very helpful and much appreciated. This was our first visit to the Port St Joe area, and we loved it. We’re already talking about our next trip. It was a great place to stay and we would stay again.

Fantastic Vacation Home

My family and I stayed for the Thanksgiving Holidays. We enjoyed the spacious home. We arrived early and just so happened to meet the owners while we were there they let us check in early. The home was very cleaned and the lay out was perfect for large group. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the beach toys that were provided were very helpful. We made thanksgiving dinner the kitchen was stocked! Thank you for being an awesome hosts.
