Perfect location

Condo was very neat and just as shown. The location is walking distance to the Florabama and Waffle House. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay!

Just right!

Everything was clean and awesome. A simple and easy walk to the beach. Growing up in the Mobile area I was proud to call this kinda sorta home for a few days!

Affordability and space on the beach

Had a great stay in this unit - it's older but priced accordingly so it was perfect for our budget and perfect in space. Everyone got their own room and the unit has more square footage than most spaces. Outdoor hot tub was a plus, indoor pool and workout room were good, too. Grounds were very clean and just a couple minutes to walk to our favorite spots - the Florabama and Florabama Yacht Club. Will definitely come again!!

Spanish Key Condo #304

Very nice...only problem was the coffee pot did not work...there was another one stored in the cabinet but it too had some problems. The third coffee pot in the cabinet did not work as well. We played around with the second one and was able to make some coffee but the unit needs a new one. Also would be nice to provide coffee filters...I had to use a paper towel the first morning. Overall...great place and I plan to rebook in the future.

Great Condo Terrible Parking

Clean and nice condo! Looks just like advertised. The parking is terrible. Most families travel in larger vehicles and you couldn't get them into the tight parking spots. Some people took two spots so that they wouldn't hit other vehicles. If you are in a compact car you are fine.

We will be back!

It was exactly what we were looking for. A small complex on the beach, not a massive high-rise. The balcony overlooked the pool and wonderful views of the gulf. There was some work being done on units so there was some noise but we didnt mind it. A good mix of rental units and year-long owners. Amenities were great. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, bbq, direct ocean access. All perfect for my family with three young kids.
