The Space:

This beautiful, fifth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this high quality, vacation rental include upgraded furnishings such as kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The guest bathroom has a bathtub and the primary bathroom has a shower stall. Both bathrooms have vanities, light fixtures, and cabinets. The living room has a TV, DVD player, and stereo system. The bedrooms have a TV and DVD players.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Location was great! Perfect view of the ocean. Patio door was a bit hard to open and master bed could be more comfortable but the stay was awesome would stay there again

This condo was great. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Outside furniture smelled funny like a wet dog had been on it. Otherwise it was wonderful. We will stay here again.

Good pace to stay. Short walk to the beach. Check in was easy. We had an issue with our number to get in and they were quick to answer and fix the problem. Could have been a bit cleaner but im a professional cleaner and picky. We had a great time!

Good setup, kinda loud above pool

Good location and beach. Unit is 4 floors directly above the pool, so it’s a bit loud on the patio during the day w screaming kids below. Also, no beach towels which was a bit surprising and inconvenient. Umbrella service was great and handy.

Nice condo but....

Pros: condo nicely decorated. Great location. Beautiful view from the balcony. Cons: only 2 beach chairs per unit. You have to rent the others (would have been nice to know before going). Ice maker was broken.

Great location

Perfect location, great view and plenty of space. Just to let you know, the coffee maker is the standard drip...I HAVE to have my morning coffee...got in late so had to purchase ground coffee and pod coffee because no where was it listed listed. And, because of covid19, there are no coffee filters, salt/pepper/spices, etc! Oh, and no hair dryer! Overall we had a fantastic time!

Great experience!

This was our families first vacation in 5 years, and this property did not disappoint. The views were amazing and the home itself was amazing. You couldn’t beat the view and the beach was right out the back door. The only downfall was that there were dust bunnies everywhere high and low (previous reviews stated this as well), old toys that were left behind under furniture by previous guests ( my children unfortunately found those) and a broken towel rack (not that big of a deal). Also the master bedroom mattress topper had a blood stain on it. I would recommend having a new mattress put into the master bedroom. All in all though this place was wonderful.

Pros and Cons

Pros....beautiful view, nicely decorated, plenty of room for up to 4 adults. CONS...very dusty fan directly above master bed which in prior guest review was mentioned and clearly never addressed. Dishes in cabinets were not completely clean. There are ZERO pantry items. The only things provided were 1 roll paper towels and 1 sponge. No garbage bags, dish soap, salt pepper, sugar, no coffee filters and I could go on....also, no hair dryer. I'm sure they will use covid as excuse for this but why is an iron ok but a hair dryer not? We have stayed at many vacation rentals and have never given a bad review but the lack of these items was disappointing.
