The Space:

This totally remodeled beachfront condo featuring two bedrooms and two baths will put you right in the lap of luxury. (Just think 'HGTV'!) You'll have two main suites with king and queen-size beds, making this home perfect for two couples or a small family. There is also a twin sleeper and plenty of room for air mattresses for additional sleeping options. Clean, sophisticated décor, large TVs in each room, a totally updated, well-equipped kitchen, and a private balcony with spectacular, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico are just some of the highlights of this fabulous home! When you're not playing around on the white-sand beaches, take advantage of the resort's shared pool and tennis court or watch your favorite DVD movies with lots of hot buttered microwave popcorn. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together.



Island Echos is a family-friendly condo that is close to excellent restaurants, shopping, and activities such as the Gulfarium, the fishing pier, and a miniature golf course. There is also great ice-cream just a mile down the street at Okaloosa National Mini Golf & Ice Cream. You'll be only minutes away from Destin, celebrated as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village.” Tom Thumb supermarket is a short two-minute walk away for all those essential refrigerator and pantry items. You'll find Reel Experience Charters just one mile east where you can take a boat out with experienced guides to catch today's limit in no time!



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Loved our stay here!

This condo is beautiful and right on the beach with gorgeous views! The condo is in a good location just minutes from restaurants and shops. We liked the short walk from the room to the beach. This is a smaller property so the beach didn't feel crowded. No washer/dryer in unit but if we had needed one there is a nice laundromat on the 1st floor. We would definitely stay here again!

I never leave written reviews but this one deserves it!

This unit needs new cleaners. First glance and it was filthy.. there was dirty paper towels on the balcony, pubic hairs around the rim you step into shower, white substance on the headboard, dirty socks and garbage behind the dresser ( yes, I looked bc I have a terrible fear of bedbugs), coffee still in the kuerig, they sent so many messages saying they provide full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and not to take it from the unit but both bathrooms were nothing but full of WATER! This place was the worst I’ve stayed in and I usually go 2x a year! The pictures are a joke. It was updated cheaply and it’s falling apart. The good thing was- the air worked, and I seen no bugs. We left a day early bc it rained and we didn’t want stay laid up in there.

The condo is nice, enjoyed! No washer / dryer in condo, downside for long term stay. No salt and or pepper, starter coffee, would have been nice to have some aluminum foil and Saran Wrap. Master bed very comfortable. Second bed was ok. Showers nice.

Vacation

We spent 4 days at Ft. Walton. This was my sons first beach vacation and we had an awesome time. The location of the condo was a short drive to any restaurants. The beach was steps away and we enjoyed the chairs and umbrellas set out everyday. The condo was adequately stocked with all the must haves. We have already discussed when we would return.

Great vacation

So easy to rent this condo. Was always kept updated. Very very clean, so pretty. Had 1 issue with tv in 2nd bedroom. Did not realize until night of arrival. Too late to get fixed that night but was fixed first thing next morning. Will def be back to rent this condo.

Beautiful Private Top Floor condo!

We absolutely loved staying at this property, it was meticulously clean and it was right on the beach. Also we were able to get food delivered easily from many local places. The balcony was private and did not touch any other balconies on either side which we appreciated since we wanted a private quarantined getaway. The beach was lovely and the ocean was so close, definitely would love to return when it is warmer and we can enjoy the water more!

Great get away

The condo was beautiful and the view was perfect. Every morning they put chairs and umbrellas out on the beach for your use. It was quite didn’t hear anyone else. We walked to the pier on the beach it was a 1.77 mile one way but was so nice. First time to Fort Walton and loved it and the area was great had some good food and breweries to. I will stay in this condo again when I come back

Great rental

We really enjoyed this unit! We come to the area several times a year as we live just a few hours away. This will be our rental from now on! Nice and updated, clean, good location, beautiful views! Easy check in/out process. Highly recommend.
