This is a gorgeous Seagrove villa is on the second floor with a large furnished balcony providing breathtaking views over the pool out to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll relish in the abundance of natural light and tasteful furnishings throughout this home. The main bathroom features a double vanity, jetted tub, and separate walk-in shower. Each room has a TV and there is access to the balcony from the primary bedroom and the living area. Sought-after amenities include a fitness center, shared pools, a sauna, and pickleball and tennis courts where you can challenge your friends.



Kayak on a nearby coastal dune lake, such as Eastern Lake and Deer Lake. See rare birds in Grayton Beach State Park (part of the Great Florida Birding Trail), then ride bikes through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A.

My family and I had a great time. The condo was nicely updated. We loved the private balcony, choice of 2 very clean, well kept pools and easy access to the beach with chair and umbrella service. Highly recommend staying here!

The weather was the best that I have encountered in Florida since I can remember. The condo was as advertised. It is convenient to everything you could want and I have it on my calender saved for same time next year.

We loved the location and the ease of this condo. It had a lovely beach view from which to enjoy our morning coffee. The short walk to the beach and beach service were so convenient. The condo was clean, lovely and well-stocked. The boys enjoyed the bikes and the freedom that came with them. This was a great trip that we wished was longer.

Anniversary/Baby-Moon

We spent a few days at this property to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary and the upcoming arrival of our first child later this year. The unit was clean and comfortable. We truly appreciated the beach chairs being included making it much easier on this 7 month pregnant lady to enjoy. We plan on returning next year as a family!

Wonderful condo!

This condo exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, homey, well equipped, and super convenient. The king bed in the primary suite was very comfortable. The beach is a 2 minute walk away from the condo - just through or around the pool area. The dedicated covered parking spot was very convenient, and the luggage carts were enormously helpful during check in and check out. Zero complaints. We can’t wait to come back!

The property is in a great location, pools and beach are beautiful. The rental was clean and everything worked well. The only complaint would be the bed's, bedding and pillows. Not a very comfortable bed and the bedding and pillows were extremely low end. If you are able to bring your own bedding and pillows I would recommend you do so.

Condo

Condo was nice and clean. Front office staff was not friendly seemed put off when questions were asked. Note on washer/dryer was a little passive aggressive. If you’re not comfortable with people using it, it shouldn’t be there. Other than that it was a lovely stay.
