Enjoy Leeward Key 1102 in beautiful Destin. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is located on the 11th floor and offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico. This contemporary unit has a king, queen, and a sofa bed and sleeps 6. With 3 TVs, 1 DVD player, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. With this being a corner unit you can enjoy the gulf front view plus the view over Destin from the extra window in the master bedroom.

The pool on beach was beautiful. Our frustrations were with communication of check in process, we received the incorrect code for door, were given different instructions on pool access by staff on the bands you wear, shower heads need updated, beds were okay but not very comfortable. The location was the best part.

Regarding the bathrooms, the owner is currently completing updates and is in the process of replacing all faucets and shower heads in both bathrooms. Great place to stay

Everything was wonderful. The hair dryer in the guest bathroom needs replacing. The on and off button broken. The couch needs replacing it is a little worn. But love the placed.

Absolutely gorgeous views of the Gulf from the living room and the master bedroom! There was even a window in the second (smaller) bedroom that had a view. This condo was perfect for me, my husband, our baby, and my mother. My mother was able to have her own bedroom and bathroom during our 5-night stay. We were able to walk to Captain Dave's, Kenny D's, and Pompano Joe's for food. We also enjoyed private beach access right across the street. Cannot wait to return to Leeward Key 1102!

Good location - dirty unit

The location was great. View and private beach were wonderful. However, the unit was very dirty and furniture was worn out. Rugs not washed in bathroom, dirty and wet towels in bathroom, rust and mold in bathrooms. The smoke detector went off at midnight.

A Little room

There is a little room for improvement on cleaning a pile of sand underneath the bureau underneath the TV in the front room, several light bulbs were out in refrigerator water filter needed to be changed, and they never contacted us other than that spectacular view great time great place Would appreciate using them again.

Awesome condo and amazing views...

We all had a fantastic time!!!! We are coming back in October! Love this condo ... with being a corner unit.... u have more windows and more wonderful views. This condo is Gulf Front... and we love being up this high ... love watching the sea life cruise by.... dolphins, etc. :)

5 star location and 5 star view of the Gulf!

You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s the tallest building in that area. The private beach is awesome. White sand. Dolphins visible in the water while you’re sitting in your comfy chair in the large Master bedroom. Tall ceilings with huge windows. Kitchen has all the utensils and stuff you need to cook. Dishwasher. Washer and dryer. We had an issue with the lock when we arrived and on the last day so we had to contact customer service and they made things right. The best location in this area. Only issue I had was Wednesday night is Karaoke at the restaurant next door and it’s extremely loud. Luckily it was over by 11pm. Other than that this property is ran by a good company. We love to stay here! The location is fabulous and the home spacious. However a couple issues....We pay a relatively high cleaning fee..so to walk in and see hair all over the first bathroom, bathrrom rugs thet clearly were not washhed in between guests and a filthy accent pillow on the secondary bedroom, is disappointing. The wmtry area tile "crunched" in a few places. Every pan we used had to be washed prior due to it being dirty. We had a significant water issue where water was seeping up between the tiles by the washer and the entry door. This happen approx 9p.m. We could hear the water running and dripping but did not have access to assess the problem. 12 hrs later we still had not heard from management so I called and left another message and went down to the office..no one there. Now there is water seeping up everywhere. I had to put towels down. It seems to me that water issues would be addressed immediately. Finally maintenance called and let me know it was fixed and the issue was the AC drain. I guess it has done this before. But I was left with 2 loads of towels to wash.
