Kids love pools, beach, and the lazy River. We’ve been to Waterscape twice.

Great family place

The condo was just as shown on the site. We loved the access to the pools and beach. At night we could hear the waves from the beach. It was a great getaway!

Lovely place for kids.

Everything was wonderful. The dryer was pretty noisy but that was my only complaint. Beds were super comfy and ac worked well. Great location too!

Perfect condo for our family, great view of gulf and lazy river

We enjoyed our stay at B206. The balcony overlooks the lazy river and has a great view of the gulf. Short walk down the hall to the heated pool which was nice for our pre-Thanksgiving trip. Hot tubs were great too. Room was prefect with the two bedrooms and bunk room.

Great vacation

Great place to stay. The views are wonderful and its convenient to close access to pool and ocean with small children. The condo was nice enough, however, the master bathroom door doesn't close completely due to something wrong with the hinges and the dryer does not work well. Overall the stay was great and we will definitely stay again.

Hope your a hard sleeper

Let me first be clear by stating that Waterscapes is an amazing resort! The heated pool was fantastic! However, parking is a nightmare to get to this unit ... you must park on one level ... go down the stairs or elevator and then back up to get to your room. Next would be the beds, they were awful! Thin squeaky mattress with a 4” foam topper. NO BLOWDRYER, so bring your own. If the guest staying above you walk or move chairs around it’s incredibly loud. In our case they enjoyed the partying at night so until 4 am it was obnoxious and loud. The view from the room was great ... the AC worked fantastic but I just couldn’t get over the parking, crappy beds and horrible sounds from zero insulation between floors. Our last night there was smoke pouring out of the mechanical closet on the first floor, it was pouring rain and one security guard directing people into the parking garage out of the rain while the fire department did their thing. He never got any help from management, he looked confused on what to do with everyone (esp with it raining) seems like management would have showed up to help deal with the chaos.
