The Space:

Enjoy a homey retreat just a short drive from the beach! Set on a single floor, this family-friendly space includes an enclosed backyard where the kids and dogs can run around. Inside, central air conditioning and ceiling fans will help keep everyone cool. Pull the room darkening shades closed if you need to keep it even cooler! A desk workspace in the living room is perfect for anyone who needs to finish up remote work before heading to the beach. Everyone's swimsuits can go through the private washer/dryer and be ready in time to head out. The main bedroom features a luxurious en suite bathroom with double sinks and a stone standalone shower perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared neighborhood pool during their stay - the fun just doesn't stop!

Gulf Shores Public Beach is only four-and-a-half miles away, perfect for guests who want to enjoy the beach but still come home to a quiet space. When you need a beach break, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo lies just over two miles from the condo. Waterville USA is just under four miles from the condo and offers full waterpark attractions, mini golf, an escape room, and much more. Enjoy a shopping break at Tanger Outlets Foley, just six-and-a-half miles away!

The floors were absolutely filty. Enough to never take our shoes off. The broom provided had a jagged broken handle that i cut myself on. The furniture was cheap, torn, and patched.

Great place!

This was very clean and even bigger than I thought. I loved that it was in a safe quiet neighborhood and that it had a fenced in backyard. The publix right down the street was super convenient for groceries too. Hoping to stay here again!

Great Stay at Cotton Creek Estates

Cute little “hidden gem” in Gulf Shotes. Beautifully furnished, comfortable condo convenient to all the attractions. Very clean. Not right on the beach but much more reasonably priced than the ones that are. Perfect for golfers and shoppers and people who just want a quiet place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores. The house was clean and neighborhood was quiet. We only had one issue with the front door lock but it was resolved quickly. The beds were comfortable as well as the living room sofa. We would stay here again.

Perfect!! Close to everything!!

Family getaway with our youngest son and his family which included our 2 year old grandson. It was his first trip to the beach. The house was close to everything so making several trips so he could nap was perfect!!! Plenty of room and the pups loved the back yard!! We will definitely be back!!!

Great location

Far enough from the beach to get away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to drive there in a few minutes. Lots of great places to eat at the shopping center that is near by. Quiet neighborhood where you only hear frogs and cicadas. Only heard 1 private jet take off since it’s right next to an airport. If I make another trip to Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, I would definitely stay again.
