The Space:

I have meticulously designed each room to ensure that even with a full house of 16, everyone feels they have their own private space to relax.

The Entertainment Hub (Converted Garage)



This is a climate-controlled 6th bedroom and gaming lounge.

* Gaming: Features a PS4 with 27 games, a 6-foot shuffleboard table, and a foosball table.

* Movie Night: Relax on the comfy couch in front of the 65” Smart TV.

* Sleeping: Two twin-over-full bunk beds (sleeping 6) make this the ultimate kids' headquarters.



Chef’s Kitchen & Grand Dining

* The Kitchen: Features stunning marble countertops, a massive social island, and a dedicated coffee bar with both Keurig and traditional drip options.

* The Table: Gather at my custom-built 10’ farmhouse table that seats 10 comfortably, with additional card tables available to expand your seating to 14+.



Outdoor Living & Sunroom

* The Sunroom: A bright, airy space with a modular L-shaped couch and board games—perfect for quiet mornings.

* Screened-In Oasis: Enjoy the large private pool and hot tub. The patio is outdoor-living ready with a 55” wall-mounted TV, lounge furniture, and a separate dining nook.

* The Grill: A dedicated propane grilling station is located just outside the screen for the BBQ enthusiasts.



Restful Sleeping Quarters

* 4 King Suites: Every master-style bedroom is outfitted with a plush king bed, room-darkening curtains, and a dedicated wall-mounted Smart TV.

* The Study/Twin Room: Features two twin beds and a quiet workspace with a desk and lamp.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire house except for a small hallway closet that is used as a maid closet and a shed in the backyard.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the peaceful and established Deer Run community of Casselberry, this home offers a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere that feels worlds away from the tourist traffic, yet keeps you minutes from everything. The neighborhood is known for its winding, tree-lined streets where you’ll often see neighbors out for evening walks or bike rides.



The Central Florida "Sweet Spot":

* The Springs: You are perfectly positioned for "Real Florida" adventures. Wekiva Island and Kelly Park/Rock Springs are a short drive away for kayaking and tubing in 72°F crystal-clear water.

* Winter Park & UCF: You are less than 15 minutes from the upscale dining and boutique shopping of Park Avenue in Winter Park, and just 15-20 minutes from the University of Central Florida (UCF).

* Theme Parks: Hop on the nearby 417 or I-4 for a straightforward 30-35 minute drive to Universal Studios and Disney World.

* Outdoor Fun: Nature lovers will appreciate being close to Red Bug Lake Park, which offers tennis courts, playgrounds, and beautiful walking trails.

* Highway Access: You are perfectly positioned near the SR-417 (Central Florida GreeneWay) and I-4, making your commute to the theme parks, the airport, or the coast straightforward and efficient.

* Proximity to Attractions:

* UCF / Winter Park: 15–20 minute drive.

* Orlando International Airport (MCO): 25–30 minute drive.

* Universal Studios / Downtown Orlando: 25–30 minute drive.

* Disney World: 35–40 minute drive.

* Beaches: A 1-hour drive puts you on the sand at New Smyrna Beach or Cocoa Beach.

* Parking: I offer a large private driveway with plenty of space for up to 6 vehicles. Please note that street parking is discouraged to keep the neighborhood accessible for residents.

* RideShare: Uber and Lyft are very active in this area and usually arrive within 5–10 minutes if you prefer not to drive.

* Groceries & Essentials: Major shopping centers, including Publix, Target, and Walmart, are all within a 5–8 minute drive from the house.



Other Things to Note:

The pool can be heated upon request for an additional $40/day ($100 minimum).



If you are adding people after your initial booking is made, for every additional person after 6 guests, there is a charge of $10 per person, per night (if you included them in your initial booking your final price already includes any and all fees including any extra guests fees).
