If you’re coming to Grand Cayman for calm turquoise water, soft white sand, and the chance to swim alongside turtles just offshore, this is exactly where you want to be.



Set within Coral Bay Village, this spacious two-level residence offers 2,500 sq. ft. of relaxed coastal living with soaring ceilings, an open staircase, and natural light throughout. From the main living area and balcony, you’ll enjoy beautiful beach and ocean views framed by palms and sea grape trees, with the shoreline just steps away.



As a desirable end unit bordered by lush, undeveloped land on one side, the condo enjoys one of the most private positions in the complex. With fewer neighboring sightlines and additional greenery beside you, your time on the balcony and inside the home feels peaceful and tucked away.



The open-concept living and dining space is designed for gathering after long beach days. A large sectional anchors the living room, while expansive sliding doors open to the beachfront terrace, allowing the ocean breeze to flow through. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, generous counter space, and a large island perfect for casual breakfasts or evening drinks. The dining table comfortably seats your entire group for relaxed meals at home. And if you’d rather not cook while on vacation, we’re happy to connect you with a private chef who can prepare and serve an unforgettable meal right here in the comfort of the condo.



The balcony is truly the heart of the property. Outfitted with comfortable lounge seating, a hammock that sways gently in the sea breeze, a full outdoor dining table that seats all guests, and a private BBQ grill for exclusive use, it’s a space made for slow mornings and sunset drinks or dinners. Electric shutters provide adjustable sunshade and protection from tropical rain, allowing you to enjoy the terrace in comfort, rain or shine.



All three bedrooms feature king-size beds, offering hotel-quality comfort for every guest. Each bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace with a desk, making extended stays or remote work seamless, many with inspiring beach and ocean views while you work. The upstairs den provides additional flexibility with a large built-in desk and a full-size sofa bed, allowing the space to function as both a hangout area and an additional sleeping option for a seventh guest when needed.



The primary suite feels like a private retreat, complete with a spa-style ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and a large walk-in shower. The additional downstairs bathroom, located adjacent to the bedroom rather than ensuite, includes a tub and shower combination and is easily accessible from both the bedroom and the main living area. The Neighborhood:

Coral Bay Village is located on the peaceful south side of Grand Cayman along beautiful Spotts Beach, a stretch of coastline loved by both locals and tourists for its natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere. Unlike the busier Seven Mile Beach corridor, Spotts offers a more authentic, laid-back island experience where the pace slows down and the water feels endless.



The beach is protected by an offshore reef, creating calm, shallow waters that extend far out before reaching the reef line. This makes it one of the island’s top snorkeling destinations. It’s common to see green and hawksbill sea turtles feeding along the seagrass, and stingrays occasionally gliding across the sandy bottom. Whether you’re an experienced snorkeler or simply floating with a mask and fins, the underwater life here is truly special.



Just a five-minute drive away to the west you’ll find two convenient shopping plazas, Grand Harbour Shopping Centre and Harbour Walk, offering a supermarket, liquor store, pharmacy, medical clinic, bank, gym, spa, and other everyday essentials.
