Bienvenue dans l'une des plus belles propriétés de Vacationinoc, au Golden Beach Condominium directement sur la promenade entre la 3ème et la 4ème rue!

Notre unité est située au 5ème étage, afin que vous puissiez vraiment profiter de la belle vue sur l'océan, la plage et la promenade depuis votre balcon spacieux! Admirez également la vue sur Assateague et West Ocean City depuis votre petit balcon arrière depuis la chambre principale.

Cette unité de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain offre 2 places de parking sous le bâtiment ou à l'extérieur également. Un ascenseur est fourni. Nous mettons à votre disposition une cuisine entièrement équipée. Deux chambres; 3 lits queen au total et 2 lits superposés. Deux salles de bain complètes. Téléviseurs à écran plat avec câble, Internet haut débit également. Venez profiter!

La célèbre jetée d'Ocean City est à quelques minutes à pied, où vous pourrez profiter de manèges, de plats de promenade, y compris les fameux Thrashers French Fries. Pour une collation en fin de soirée, vous pouvez également profiter de la célèbre crème glacée DUMSERS! Tant de choses à faire ici à Golden Beach!

On The Boardwalk

We booked this condo for 5 days, 2 of which were to attend the Boardwalk Rock. The condo was clean and Dawn was always available to answer any questions we had. Perfect location - across from the beach and within walking distance to amusement park, restaurants and shopping.

Amazing Location!

We enjoyed our stay despite the air conditioning breaking the day before we left. That last overnight was pretty rough, as no fans were in the unit for relief. After taxes, it ended up over 1K/night. The balcony is huge, and the unit itself was accommodating for basic needs. Without AC during 95 degree summer heat at the peak of tourist season, even for one night, I find it difficult to justify that cost. However, the location is truly PERFECT. And that’s why we came for the beach and the boardwalk adventures with our kids. We appreciate the accommodations.

This condo is in a great location for ocean view and access to the beach and boardwalk. I would only suggest an upgrade on the deck furniture to make it more comfortable and nice.

The Balcony is a vacation alone!

Loved the balcony, moved furniture around for great view of boardwalk , beach volley ball and beach. Never needed car and with the grandchildren, that was amazing!

Location is great, living space comfortable, clean and convinent

Cant beat the view, captured both sunrise off balcony and amazing sunsets out front door. Condo is clean and comfortable living space. Kitchen and mattresses could use some updating but overall was great space and location. Parking was perfect as well. Had little trouble with the elevator but the maintenance folks were right on it. Would certainly stay again.

Will definitely stay here again!!!!!

My sister and I spend a long weekend in OC every August for the past 15 years. This is the best place we have found to stay. The location couldn't be better. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. There is good water pressure in the showers. Air conditioning works great. Refrigerator is cold. View is outstanding. And on and on and on. Thank you so much for letting us stay in our lovely home.

Anniversary Week-September off season

Communication was excellent with owner. Location on the boardwalk and beachfront was phenomenal, but inside condo was a bit disappointing for the very expensive price for the week. Furniture and appliances were old and dirty and the clothes dryer took a long time to dry (over average time). The sink had a horrible odor that I could not get rid of and the rugs in the bathrooms were gross and dirty. I was glad we did get the sheet/towel package (which I believe is extra). You are definitely paying for the location with this condo. All in all the week was nice and relaxing which was the goal. I would not stay here again for this price.

Quick trip, but great time!

Dawn and her top floor condo right on the boardwalk were both awesome! As a host, Dawn was everything you want: 1. There if/when you need them 2. Easy to communicate with 3. Check-in and check-out processes were simple and easy The condo was clean, comfortable and exactly as described, easy to get to from Rte. 50, and access using the in-building elevator. Bedrooms were well laid out and beds and bedding was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and absolutely no plumbing or water issues. We didn't use the TV or kitchen, but everything worked and if we'd have stayed longer we would have used the kitchen. Location is great, the inlet is a 15 min walk on the boardwalk, lots of food options close by and you can't get much closer to the beach. A great experience overall and would love to stay here again.

Country Calling Music Festival

Location on Boardwalk is excellent! Especially for proximity to the music festival. EZ walking distance, even for my bad knees However, cleanliness of the unit is sorely lacking. There's a huge difference between shabby chic & just shabby, old, dirty & worn out. Balcony door literally taped together & didn't close or lock. For well over $1000 a day this should have been & could have been quite a bit nicer. The owner was responsive to my messages but according to past reviews I never saw until after our stay and now mine, it's highly unlikely they will do anything about it. And that's unfortunate. It could be so much more. Ocean City Boardwalk is amazing. I hope this condo becomes part of the experience fondly remembered, not always ending with, wish it had been nicer. The neighbors in the building showed us their units & ours was definitely on the low end of nice scale.

Great location, low end facilities

The location of this unit was excellent. It's decorated nice and had enough space for 6 of us. One issue was the sliding glass door was off of the track and it could not be fixed by us so opening and closing was a daunting task which made it cumbersome to enjoy the balcony which is one of our favorite things especially with the incredible view. Another major disappointment and actual health hazard was the dishwasher was full of mold. I didn't realize it until I ran it and the smell of mold was wafting through the unit. I ended up hand washing dishes for the rest of the stay. I tried to communicate with the owner after our stay and have not received any communication back. Thankfully we were all ok but if any future renters are immunocompromised or have respiratory issues this could be very dangerous. Not pleased at all.

Ocean City get away

This place is so convenient to everything on the boardwalk, you really do not have to drive anywhere once your here. It had the perfect amount of space for our family of six, and two bathrooms were great benefit. The beds had a bit of sand in them, which we just brushed off, but didn't really like, and I thought that with everything totaled, this was a very expensive place to stay for only 4 nights but it was to be our only vacation this year so I went for it. I would love to stay here again, but next time I might hunt something up that is less expensive.

Love this apartment!!!!

My sister and I come to Ocean City for a long weekend every summer. We love to be on the boardwalk to be able to watch everyone walking up and down the boards. This apartment is perfect for that! We like that there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so we don't have to share. We always use the washer and dryer. But the best part is the full kitchen. We are so happy to be able to have cold beverages in the fridge and get take out food rather than having to eat every meal in a restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Great location, unusable kitchen

If you can look past the peeling wallpaper and dated fixtures to check out the amazing view - you’re golden. We rented a condo specifically because my daughter has food allergies and we cook her meals ourselves. The microwave was broke and the fry pan was so crusty it was unusable. The property owner brought us new ones within an hour of letting her know. The toaster was broke as well but I let that slide. We cooked our first meal and quickly realized the dishwasher didn’t work. And the kitchen sink clogged and the garbage disposal didn’t work. So if you simply need a place to sleep at night or hang on the balcony - you’re good. Otherwise at the price you’re paying can can find something much better.

Easy beach vacation

This is perfect set up for someone who wants to enjoy the beach without ever getting sandy feet. My husband worked on his laptop on balcony while rest of party walked the boardwalk and relaxed on beach.

Met our needs

Location and covered parking area is fantastic. The balcony and direct access to the boardwalk also very nice. Both the front door and the balcony door are in need of adjustment, cleaning, and lubrication. Very hard to operate. There is a bed in front of the bayside deck so it cannot be used. Also the clothes dryer did not work.
