Our townhome is located at a beautiful resort with plenty of amenities, the property name is Paradise Palms. This is a close gated community with private security 24/7.

The resort has a beautiful Clubhouse with plenty of amenities, a heated pool for those cooler months and a Spa, volleyball , children’s playground, fitness center with sauna, business center with computers, printer and fax, game and playroom for the children, clubhouse lounge, movie theater, tiki bar, convenience store and much more!

We have an excellent location! Only 10 min. drive to Disney, 15 min to the outlets, around 20 min to Universal Studios, and a lot of restaurants, shopping, and everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation nearby.

The property is a 2 floors Townhouse, has 4 bedrooms, one master downstairs with a Queen size bed, a second master upstairs with a King bed and private bathroom with tub, there are 2 other bedrooms, each with a Full sized bed and a Twin bed. We have a total of 6 beds, sleeps 10 people max.

We a have a small private pool, patio area and a charcoal grill that is perfect for relaxing after a long day in the parks!

Great Communication, super clean, great location. Resort pool was colder than expected, but that isn’t on the renters resort staff was great, drinks and food at resort were decent and reasonably priced. We’ll use again.

We loved the house. It was super clean! The clubhouse pool was also beyond our expectations. The kids loved it!! Only suggestion would be mattress toppers and/or routine rotations of the mattress's in the adult rooms. Would def stay again!

Fun in the Sun

My family and friends had a fantastic time. The Host / Owner were outstanding. Karen was so accommodating. I had to change my list of family members several times. Karen took care of it right away so family members could get thru security. We had a problem with the washing machine. Host had a new machine delivered the next day. I would definitely book again.Thank You so much

Great Stay All Around

Exceptional experience from booking right through our stay. Karen responded almost instantly to all questions before and during our stay, she simply could not have been a better host. This home exhibits her TLC and nice Disney touches throughout. VERY clean and very comfortable. Paradise Palms is always a great place for us--so that's never an issue. But enjoying a comfy King bed, a nice clean house, and exceptional communication throughout makes this pretty much a perfect visit. Thanks Karen. Now if I could just get my son to return my texts as fast as you do ! :)

Property listing was as described, however the cleanliness was not. Upon arrival we quickly noticed the private pool was really green could not use for a few days, trims,floors and rug were all dirty we found nails/press on nails on the rug in living room,common area floors were sticky,our children when they went into their rooms found a sheet with blood and a bloody bandaid on the floor they also found numerous boogers in the rooms and bedsheets also on laundry room trims. Bed sheets smelled sweaty like they were never washed. Housekeeping came out and did change our sheets and cleaned the boogers. Other than the cleanliness issue our saving grace was the community pool area, other than that the place has everything you may need but I will not be staying here again.

Unfortunately this review does not tell the whole story. When the guest checked in and notified us that the pool was not satisfactory, we immediately contacted the pool company who came out to provide service. They did say the water was cloudy because we had had a significant amount of rain and that caused the chemicals to be a little lower than normal. They serviced the pool as well as cleaned it and even came back 12 hours later to check on it and make sure everything was perfect. Once that problem was solved, we did not hear it from the Guest again for several days. We were told about the cleaning issue after the guests had been in the Townhome for four days. We immediately contacted our Cleaning person who came out right away. While she was in the home, she was told that everything was fine and beautiful and that she just needed to change a bed. She was there to do whatever was needed, but was told that everything was great. That was the last we heard until a week after checkout. Unfortunately, sometimes reviews are left when a financial compensation request is not provided. Our goal is always to provide 5 Star accommodations for a fun and relaxing vacation!
