This is a great location if you are looking to go to the stadium for a game. Easy/safe walk to the stadium. There are some great walkable restaurants close by also. The communication was great with the host.

My brother and I stayed here for a few days while visiting family. Appreciated the cleanliness, smooth check-in, and the very responsive host. Also found the neighborhood very quiet, and the off-street parking was a really nice feature. A CVS drugstore and the historic Modern Diner within easy walking distance. My only minor quibble was the perfume of the air fresheners, but I am sensitive to that sort of thing, and it was easily remedied by removing them. Very comfortable place, great value for the money, and would recommend both the apartment and the host. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Our family of 4 (including 2 adult-sized teenagers) visited for 2 nights. We were all very comfortable. The layout really worked well for us all to have our own space and privacy. The rental was clean. The beds and couch were comfortable for sleeping with plenty of linens. We appreciated the air conditioners, the private off street parking and the the outdoor area! The hosts were available if we needed anything and easy to chat with. Would stay again and would recommend!

A great apartment in a great location. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It has a clean modern style. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels. It was easy to find and to get into. Off street parking availability was much appreciated. Super excited to find that it truly was a five minute walk to Centreville Bank Stadium. Six adults stayed here with ease.
