Luxurious does not even begin to describe The Joshua Tree Place. Built in 1963, this home is ready to provide an exquisite getaway that will surely provide memories to last a lifetime. This property has a basement that was built and soundproofed for a band to practice in. Currently, the basement has now been turned into a game room with a regulation-size pool table, record player, and stylish seating! If soaking up the California sun is something on your to-do list, you will find the private outdoor pool and spa is the perfect place to accomplish just that. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there is plenty of space for family and friends to spread out in this single-story gem. Upon entering the primary bath, you will notice there is a sunken shower to provide the utmost relaxation. As for guests staying in one of the other spacious bedrooms, there is an ensuite bath with a door that opens directly out to the backyard. Whether you are sipping your morning coffee by the pool or trying your luck at a game of pool in the basement, this home will be something you don't want to miss out on. No to mention, you can easily stay connected during your stay with free high-speed WiFi at your disposal!

lovely home in the heart of everything. We did have some trouble with the pool heater but outside of that it was perfect. They were very responsive!

In fhe heart of Palm Springs

Gorgeous mid century modern home in the heart of Palm Springs. It is conveniently located next to grocery stores/shopping and a short drive tl downtown! The home was comfortable/clean, and tastefully decorated. Great sized pool for warm summer nights! We had an issue with plumbing at one of the bathrooms, reported it to Vacasa, and they responded promptly! A professional plumber showed up within the hour to resolve the issue! 100% will stay at the property again and recommend to anyone!

The property was massive. clean, charming though a little dated. The pool and hot tub were great, although the controls set on the equipment were a little much, especially when charging daily for use. but I would stay here again.

The location, neighborhood, yard, pool, spa, and king beds. Roomy/spacious for our group of 7. Plumbing issues and lock issues detracted from the strong points but we still had fun.

Cute but has problems

The house is adorable and a perfect example of mid century design. Unfortunately old houses have problems- the toilet seat was broken, the hot tub didn’t work most of the time, and the kitchen only produced hot water. When I reported it, it was hours before someone came and still wasn’t fixed. Vacasa was no help.

Nice House But Needs Work

Great location, the house needed some maintenance work. We called for some work to be done but never got a response afterward. Not happy about that kind of support after paying the kind of money we did.

Vacation time in Palm Springs

This house was absolutely amazing! There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms so everybody has plenty of space. The pool was fantastic. There are extra pool Floaties and toys left over from previous guest which my kids greatly enjoyed. It was great having a kitchen, so we could be together all the time. The kitchen has plenty of pots pans and dishware, but you need to make sure that you bring your own spices seasonings and things like that. We definitely had to make a few grocery runs because there were things that we forgot. We did leave them behind for the next guest. My kids spent every single day of our trip in the pool and they absolutely loved it. It would’ve been nice if there was a fire pit outside so that we could’ve stayed outside and enjoyed the nighttime.. We definitely plan on renting this property again and making more memories here.

Quaint Palm Springs Home

If you’re looking to stay in a home with any updates, this is not it. The inside of the home was clean. The dining room, which is the picture used to advertise the home, is nice. The kitchen is totally outdated, but clean. The refrigerator might be the only thing in the kitchen that is semi new. Kitchen was also well equipped with the basics. The three bathrooms are completely outdated. The walk in shower in the master bathroom was patched in some areas (maybe covering cracks) with white strips of tape. Bathroom was clean. One of the other bathrooms had mildew trapped around the shower door, which tends to happen in older shower doors. The guest bedrooms were fine. Beds were okay. The control box for the central air is pretty dated, as well. I had to continue to reset the settings in order for it cool the bedrooms and home. I also had to open some of the vents, which were closed. Upon our arrival we noticed that there was a lot of debri in the pool and there was some dirt at the bottom of the pool. There was also a lot of calcium shavings in the Pool and in the jacuzzi. Nothing dangerous, but kinda icky. Plus if you’re paying so much money you expect a clean pool. Take all your own outdoor floaters etc…the one’s that are provided are really dirty and old. The outdoor table in the back yard was also dirty (it was easy to clean). Also, please be cautious with the carpet. Most of the home has a very light colored carpet, and it’s expected that there are no stains or track marks upon checking out. This home is probably not the most suitable for kid’s who will be spending time in the living room, den, hallway, or bedrooms. Make sure to take pictures and send to management if you notice any type of damage, upon your arrival. My family enjoyed the downstairs pool table, and although no one came out to clean the pool (as they indicated they would), we tried to make the best of it. Will not be renting this house again.
