Beautiful views. Love watch the wildlife. We also saw the lightning over the water from the bedroom. So cool. Quiet, relaxing. Very close to everything.

The kids loved the pool and parents loved the view! It was a perfect spot for my family to relax and have a good time! It was clean and perfect for what we wanted. The people in the condo that live there are very nice and gave us some nice spots to see fish and good restaurant recommendations.

Amazing

This place was amazing, more then enough room for us. We stayed in July and was able to see the air show and firework show on our balcony and it was amazing!!!! Location was perfect.

A lovely long weekend

We had the best time in this gorgeous Destin condo. It was exactly as advertised and very comfortable for our family of 6. Danielle was wonderful to work with as well. We’ll definitely stay here the next time we return to Destin!

Excellent Accommodations

The property was in a great location, close to stores, and with beautiful ocean views. The pool and private beach were easy to access and never crowded. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and everything about our stay went smoothly. Communication with the host was prompt. I would highly recommend this location.

Property is exactly as described. It was very clean. Good location - close to 2 beaches that have water access. The beach chairs provided were nice to be able to use. Loved the balcony views and seating. We were able to see the fireworks on Thursday night from our balcony.

Some of the best views in Destin (best sunset view for sure). Nice pool/hot tub. 3 bedrooms worked perfectly for the 7 of us. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing views

The property location was incredible for views. We got to see dolphins swimming in the bay every day sitting on the huge balcony. The property was fantastic, and the condo itself was very large. All three rooms were extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time

We came in to Destin for the first time to be an part our daughter’s wedding and really enjoyed our stay. This was the first time my in-laws had been to the beach and the views were amazing. We all really enjoyed the large balcony and the beautiful views and ability to watch the boats coming in and out all day. We also enjoyed that this location was a little bit more remote feeling, and was very quiet, even though we visited in the middle of July. The host was also super responsive and made our stay feel really welcoming.

Fantastic/Perfect Location!

Beach side on the pass out front with a boat slip out back. Could not be more perfect. We've already booked the location for another trip and have 2 more possible to book. Owner very helpful in all aspects of our trip.

Amazing Unit

This unit was absolutely amazing. The unit was very clean, well kept, and beautiful. The view of the gulf was spectacular. We loved everything about our stay in this unit. We would definitely stay there again.

The view is wonderful ...unfortunately we were forced to evacuate due to the hurricane Michael !

The property is very nice and a quaint location. We were there less than 48 hrs due to the hurricane but for the short time we were there it seemed like a nice place to stay. The pool area is nice with a great view and a private beach area. Owner was very nice and helpful dealing with our unfortunate hurricane situation.

Perfect Getaway 🏝️

We had a great , relaxing week in Destin. The owners were very friendly and quick response time. The condo was very spacious and had breathtaking views! The actual beach swimming areas were just a short walk in either direction. We would most definitely stay here again💜

Awesome Place!

Our first time to Destin and we definitely chose the right place! The only reasons I didn't give 5 stars, I wish there were more bath towels, it would have also been nice to have some recommendation pamphlets and map, and the zero entry beach location was a little vague but rest assured it was a great beach. Highly recommend!

Randy, Thanks so much for reaching out and taking the time to review our property. We appreciate all feedback and take it into consideration when making sure Waterview Towers 401 is a great selection for our renters vacation needs. We hope your first time to Destin was everything you hoped it would be and you will return again to the Emerald Green waters of Destin. I will check with my cleaning staff to insure that the proper amount of towels are supplied for the maximum number of guests (8) allowed. We leave 2 for each guest as stated in the VRBO/HOMEAWAY Hospitatly app. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. This app also lists local recommendations from us with web links if they are available. We use the Hospitality app as it is hard to keep the condo stocked with pamphlets and maps (they go missing). As with every rental, we are thankful for your business and sincerely hope you will consider us when you return to Destin!
