Escape to this charming house in Sun City West, AZ, where you can enjoy a relaxing getaway with your family and furry friends. This rental features 2 comfortable queen beds, and a convenient sofa bed.

Relax and unwind in the hot tub or take a refreshing dip in the heated pool. The patio with a gas grill is perfect for outdoor dining, while the well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances allows you to prepare delicious meals.

To enhance your stay, the property offers access to a range of Community amenities. There are 4 community centers that feature Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness centers, tennis courts, pickleball courts, mini golf, a bowling alley and a movie theatre. Please note: The hot tub and pool are only accessible at the recreation centers.

A $100.00 per month in-person fee will be applied at the club to cover these shared facilities. This fee ensures that we can maintain high-quality amenities for all our guests.

We loved the layout, furnishing, and location of the house. The AZ room and patio were my favorites. We stayed a month and enjoyed the recreation centers, and met the nice neighbors. However, the home seemed to have had only very basic surface cleaning prior to our arrival. We vacuumed up two full canisters of dog hair, had to clean the floors, and later realized we needed to wash the mattress covers. There were urine stains on the primary bedroom’s carpet. Communication was difficult with the management company with even the most basic of questions prior to our arrival, and it took five days before we could access the recreation centers. Fortunately, the local contact was helpful and responsive.

This home has recently been updated and is beautiful! Very nice furniture and decorations. Very tastefully done. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice stay

We had a nice stay in Sun City West. The house was super clean and had new furniture. It was nice to have coffee pods and spices for cooking. WiFi was good. Showers had incredible pressure and lots of hot water. No complaints!

Nice home in Sun City West

Happy with our stay. Very nice house. Fast internet. Garage was not available for parking. A car was in it. Beds were a bit hard. The swimming pool is a community asset, not at the house. Has a keurig coffee maker. Updating the entry door lock to a digital would improve the checkin process. We had to call CS to get a code for the lockbox. The first code we were given did not work. The app for the property did not work for us.

Not as Represented

Couldn’t get in on arrival. Key box behind locked screen door had to wait for maintenance to come let us in. TV in great room didn’t work. Took two days to fix. TVs in dBedrooms had. No service took four days to fix. Disposal stopped up fixed that evening. Had to contact Vcasa four times in first three days. No book with instructions on how to use golf, pool and other amenities listed.
